In June 2025, BBB investigated Agricultural Equipment’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by consumer inquiries and scam tracker reports. Scam tracker reports describe a recurring scam involving the fraudulent sale of construction or agricultural equipment. Victims are tricked into wiring large sums of money to a fake seller using a website that falsely claims to represent a business in Orangeville, Utah. One victim reported paying $23,825 for equipment that was never delivered and was misled for over a week.
The business claims to be located in Orangeville, UT; however, Orangeville City has confirmed that the business is not licensed in their city, nor are they located at the advertised address.
BBB checked the website (agricultural-equipments.com) to determine when it was created and where it was registered. The website was created on March 20, 2025 and the registrant name/information was not disclosed. The website uses stock photos/stolen photos.
