My order number is DT-****** and the order date is 3/16/2023 I emailed my FOID ID and FFL information on 3/16/2023 I emailed and called multiple times without any response from them IT'S BEEN 34 DAYS WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION!!!WHERE IS MY ORDER!!!DeltaTeamTactical.com

This company keeps sending me emails for SOMEONE ELSE, including sensitive information like the person's address, payment information, and phone number. Despite reaching out to their customer service to request they stop, I have received no responses and continue to receive emails I never signed up for and should not be receiving. Horrible customer service, I feel bad for the people that shop with this business and whose sensitive information may be sent to complete strangers.DeltaTeamTactical.com

A ******************** dispute was filed and we reached out for the info but the customer didn't want to wait any longer (understandable) so we issued a full refund. I placed an order with the wrong items and wanted to cancel, in order to correct my mistake. It took over 5hrs to get ahold of any type of customer service. So as far as that goes Id recommend getting more customer service agents, or allow online cancellation options of orders. But I will say that once I got ahold of someone they were very helpful so thats a plus. Which is why Im not giving a low rating. I have order from them before and had no issues receiving my item. Id use them again just be much more cautious about reviewing my cart before I place the order.DeltaTeamTactical.com

WTTW, submit orders for serialized items separately as wait time is approx. 6 week. Wayyyy too long for me so I'll just limit my business to gear and ****.My CS agent, ****, was awesome once I found her. They have good people, you just have to **** to find them. 5-stars, ****. You restore my faith.DDT is having problems for sure. Seen it before. They will survive but **** must have a major labour shortage. I will think twice before next order.DeltaTeamTactical.com

I have dealt with **** a few times for customer service and he has always been great. He is responsive and has always done what he can to correct any issue I may have. He offered to personally drop of my order when I had a shipping deadline to meet due to recent law changes in my state. This is above and beyond what I expected! Thanks DTT team!DeltaTeamTactical.com

I am unable to go back and rectify my original complaint. Delta Team Tactical made good on my purchase and did send me my order. If you do order from DTT be sure to note that the lead times will be longer than advertised and their response time is pretty bad. However, I am very happy with my purchase and knew what I was getting into. I would buy from them again provided I am in no hurry to receive. The quality and price are hard to beat.DeltaTeamTactical.com

Had some issues with a part not being shipped out promptly but it was not DTTs fault. Nonetheless, an employee of theirs walked me through everything and got the part delivered. Would purchase from them again.DeltaTeamTactical.com

I placed a FFL order on 3/17/23. Order #DT- ****** Item was marked as in stock and website said shipping times would be 10 to 14 days (unbelievable) but acceptable. Copy of FFL was sent minutes after the order was made. Since then there has been silence except for the 50 spam emails they send daily. They have ignored my emails and ******** messages. This is clearly a Ponzi Scheme. Ship my items or I charge back.DeltaTeamTactical.com

Great prices, horrible customer service. ******** calls, ordered two ffl items by mistake, sent an email the same day to get that fixed, no response. Just an automated voice when i call. Its day 17. Still no word. They could at least update if they received all the info they needed to get order shipped. Im a truck driver home every 3 months. And i wouldve expected this to be in by the time i got back home. But now its looking like it will be stuck at the ffl (if it ever does ship) until august. Order# DT-******DeltaTeamTactical.com
