      Really good experience throughout the entire process. Thorough explanation of the services and the process. Always communicated with real people and having contact with my sales manager makes it easy to get questions answered.The install team communicated when they were coming and was very helpful to answering questions as well.

      We had a very good experience with ION Solar. They finished the installation in a timely manner,they were very professional, friendly and courteous. They kept us informed on every step of the process. If we had any concerns or questions, all we had to do was to call and they were willing to listen and answer. They came and installed critter guards which we were not expecting. We would definitely recommend them. **********

      I had this company install solar panels on my home a little over two years ago. On Feb 16 2024 they stopped working. I have tried to get them to come out and repair the system but as of today 3 2 2024 still no indication from them as to when they are going to come and repair system. Talked to a neighbor today and they had a problem getting service a while back also with this company. They seem to be great at selling there product but terrible at taking care of problems after installation.

      It is exceptionally rare to really receive truly exceptional service from start to finish for a project; however, I am most pleased that has been so with doing business with ION Solar. From the initial cold contact to introduce their product to completed city-inspected installation it has been a non-pressure, factual, and professional interaction.I did not rush into this significant financial decision. I was contacted initially about 18 months ago by an ION Solar representative going door-to-door to discuss the benefits of their product. Over the next 18 months, I was contacted by similar solar representatives multiple times. I did my on-line research. IONs third time was a charm and I decided to sit down with a sales representative from ION and discuss installation of solar panels. My ION sales representative, ***************************, was simply outstanding to say the least. Not once during her 3-hour presentation did I feel I was being pressured into a sale; but, yes, her presentation absolutely convinced me solar was an excellent choice. I am very truly, truly, impressed with IONs sale representative, ***************************.Therefore, the process is: Contract, Site Survey, Engineering, Permitting, Install Pending, Install Complete, Inspection, Utility Approval, Ready to Turn On, COMPLETE. I have a credit score in the 800s; however, my bank could not provide a better financial rate than ION Solar and matter-of-factually told me to take their financing. Throughout this process I have been amazed. The Site Survey was conducted as explained, and everything in the process went flawlessly. The install team arrived and completed the solar panel installation in approximately three hours and the electrician explained everything on his end. The interaction throughout this process has been spot on. ION Solar, from start to finish, far exceeded expectations! I am a most very satisficed customer.

Everyone, from the salesman, *****************************, to the guys on the install crew, **** and ****, and one other guy I didn't get a chance to talk to. This is an upstanding company. 10/10 recommended!

      I love ion solar and how the process went! I love my sell manager ****! I couldnt ask for anything better! We have had solar for 4 years added a few more panels because we are consuming more and each time ion has exceeded in outstanding service and the product is just as amazing! I do not regret any of my decisions on going solar!

      I had solar installed June 2023. I was told there would be a large tax rebate that I would need to submit to the lender in order to keep my bill the same for life. That was false. There is no tax rebate. There is a credit available but since I am retired and don't pay federal taxes on my social security but I don't qualify. The energy consultant knew I was retired but failed to mention the so called rebate. I have called him twice and left voicemails for a return call. He has not called me back. I have called customer service 4 times and left messages for a call back. Nobody answers the phone and nobody returns my call. I have no idea what my bill may end up as. I regret opening my door to this company and would never recommend them to anyone.Sincerely disappointed!

      We had the displeasure of interacting with two ION solar sales reps at our home. After asking our 11 year old son who was playing outside if his parents were home, they came to the door ignoring the no solicitor sign. When I asked if they saw the sign, the said yes but we are not selling anything. Then they proceeded with their sales pitch. I asked them to leave my property and while leaving the property they told my son to not be like me. If I was ever in the market for solar , they made sure I never will be with their company.

      To start with the Salesman knew my system would only reduce my Electric bill by 50% (about $100) a month. After the 1st year the monthly payment doubled wiping out the 50% credit so now i am paying the same as if i never had it installed. 4 years go by and then the system stops producing power. I call and have to pay a $250 fee to have their technicians come out to inspect/repair. While they look all over the system they determine that squirrels or other animals have damaged wiring and 12 out of 24 panels were beyond repair and they couldn't repair at that time. They took photos of the wiring and other part under the panels and said they would send their report into the corporate. There was no evidence of any charred remains of animals so no one knows when the system went down vs when animals began chewing on the wiring. A week later Ion Solar Corporate sends me a quote for $10,000 to remove and replace the failed panels and suggest adding a $1300.00 Critter Guard to protect the area under the panels but said they can't guarantee that will keep it from happening again. They never mentioned this issue from the beginning and now want me to pay for another complete installation and can't guarantee it won't happen again. This is totally unacceptable and i am contacting a lawyer on what my rights are concerning this disaster.
