      The whole team has been great throughout the process. I was kept up to date with everything, our rep *************************** did a great job explaining everything and the installation went smoothly. Wouldn't recommend any other company to go with.

      Our **** ****** was fantastic. Very knowledgeable. Between him and **** all our questions were answered more than satisfactorily. The panels went up yesterday. ******* and his coworker (never got his name) were informative, courteous, and quick. The electrician, ******** was much the same. ****** and the rest of the ION Solar team have been in regular communication with us regarding our project and it has been a very positive experience so far.

      Does no soliciting signs mean nothing to this company. They are tresspassing on private property. They are pushy demanding acess to your power meter. Ater reading all the 1 star reviews, i would not have anything to do with this company. The 5 star must be fake because i have never seen reviews all 5 star or 1 star.

      Easy seamless process. They worked with my HOA, energy provider, and me to always keep the project moving forward. They are proactive in helping educate you on what the systems are capable of and helping you build the system that meets your needs and budget.

      *** has made the process of getting solar panels installed so much smoother than I ever expected! They handle everything for you, from city permits and design, to coordinating installs and inspections. If you have input in regards to anything, they put it into consideration and value what you have to say, while addressing all concerns you may have. My **** **************************** has ensured that there are no hiccups throughout the process and that no question goes unanswered. Im extremely satisfied with this service and the staff that make the experience so positive.

      This company did awesome job they went above and beyond for me and my family they were true to there word on all accounts. About the process about how long it takes. About it all a true company in this day and age u can trust and believe in u guys have made me a believer agian

      I have been lied daily. We have been paying for something that does not woork. We have failed 4 inspections and there have been 7 electricians at my house. They have finnaly got it turned on and i am supposed to be operating at 35kw but it is operating at 5kw so they have to send another electrician to my house. this have been 6 months of h***

      I think the best way to describe my experience with Ion solar is to say that it was seamless. From my first meeting with my sales **** **************************** to the inspection, the permits, and the installation, Everything went incredibly smoothly. Every person answered every question I had, and some I didnt even know I had! The app they have literally shows every step of the process and where we were with it. Every crew that came out was not just on time, but early and communicative and respectful of me and my property. Im one of those people who can spot fakes and scammers a mile away and I never got a hint of anything untoward with this company and anyone I spoke to. I highly recommend Ion solar.
