5 starsWe had our solar panels installed last week. The installers were very professional and polite. We found the entire ION team to be professional and kept ** fully informed through the entire process, including getting the *** approval and other permits, etc., necessary to this process. The sales representative provided education and addressed all our questions and concerns. We do not regret our decision to proceed with this project. *******Review fromJoshua B

From our first interaction with our sales rep ************************* to when the team came and installed, everyone has been kind and knowledgeable. Worse company in the whole world, white collar theft! We almost have a year and they finally contacted us, almost giving a solution to a problem that the sold to us, that if we want to fix it, we have to pay more, what??? You are the guilty one to sell something from the beginning to the end its a big lie Till the moment we aren't receiving any benefits with the panels, just a debt with a company loan and high bills electricity

Upon further review, your solar system is producing the amount it was design to produce. Your home is now using a lot more electricity than a year ago when your system was created. The system is working properly and this was not a theft. The only way to cover all your current electrical needs is to add more panels to your current solar system, which will need to be purchased. Please reach out to us when you're ready to purchase more panels to accommodate your current electrical needs.Review fromSusan G

5 starsWe have had a great experience with Ion Solar. All the staff have been very pleasant, friendly and professional. The whole process has gone smoothly and without a hitch. The communication has been great. They have checked in with us at appropriate intervals with each step of the process. Even when I had a few questions about solar in general and the process someone was available right away to assist me and answer those questions. Ion Solar, can't sell solar panels without lying, because there is not ROI. They claimed that the bill would be around $35 a month and the bill for the panels was $179, a month, what they don't tell you is they charge you twice a month. With an average bill of $200 now with the loan it is about $500. Even if I did make money on it PGE donates the money to a government housing program. The installation was substandard, the solar panels are only 1.5 inches from the roof and the rain skips over the gutters and into my subfloor. I had a 400 Amp Panel and they replaced it with a 200 amp panel and deleted 3 50 amp breakers. They took the old grounding rod off of the old power drop and used it on the new install, and now the old power drop is a ungrounded lighting rod. The new power drop is anchored with small screws into the siding and are pulling out causing the pole to pull away from the wall. They left holes everywhere and it took months for them to send someone to fix the sheetrock. I'm not going to go into all the other defects, needless to say every aspect of this install was a fraud. I gave it a one star review because BBB requires a star, I would give it a - 5 if I could.ION Solar, LLC

5 starsWe would like to thank Ion Solar for a great experience getting solar power. Our consultatant, ************************* is honest and a pleasure to work with. Thanks to the entire Ion Solar team that communicated almost daily on the status of installation. From design, installation, and permission to operate every Ion employee has been a joy to work with. Terrible experience with this company. Since the installation of our panels, there have been issues non stop with our electricity. As of writing this review we still do not have functional solar panels, it's been a couple of months since they've started. We do not have electricity in a majority of the house, and despite several attempts to get someone to fix this no one has. If thus continues to be an issue I will be seeking litigation against the company and will post an update. Absolutely horrible experience, I do not recommend this company.ION Solar, LLC

5 starsThey were here and in just a few hours had all the panels up. Cleaned up everything and didn't leave any thing behind.
