1 starThis company has been absolutely dreadful to work with for us as a general contractor. Not only have they pushed our clients detach and not communicate the new date, but they did not communicate the fact that their detach team was running late. Our client took 2 full days off to be home for the solar detach and when I addressed this with Ion, I was hung up on. Now we are trying to schedule a solar reset and they have ghosted us. I have called repeatedly for 3 weeks and I get told that the scheduling team will reach out, but they don't. So I finally asked to speak to a supervisor and they have told me the entire management team is gone for 5-7 business days. I waited 7 days, called back and they gave me the same runaround.Review fromAntoinette F

1 starThey are untruthful. They try to make you feel like you do not know what you are talking about when addressing a concern. Our panels have been up going on a month and still not working. We were told *** had to come inspect and then PNM would come inspect and it would take about 2 weeks. According to the city, the installation has not been permitted.Review fromDuane T

5 starsI had ION Solar installed on my last home, and am currently in the process to have it installed on my new home. I have referred my father, my in-laws, and many close neighbors that have had solar panels installed by ION. They are all very happy with their decision to go solar. During my install they hit the gas line in my house. When the finished they left trash and huge cut outs in the walls of my garage!!

5 starsI wasn't sure about solar, but I did notice my power bill going up and up. So naturally I looked up solar panels. Ion Solar was pretty darn good and their representative, *************************, explained the beginning, middle, and end of the project well enough to where I only had a few questions. Everything was quick and efficient, even though I had one small building set back, the project manager at Ion kept me informed and I was only delayed a few weeks. Now I'm sitting in my house in the summer using power to my hearts content and letting my solar panels do their job. Price wise, I believe I'm getting exactly what I'm paying for and can have it paid off sooner than later.Review fromMarc B

1 starWe purchased solar panels from Ion solar and today we failed our inspection from OG&E because Ion did not but on the bypass plate. I have called customer service and I have been given the run around and have been hung up on my next step will be contacting executive leaders
