  They ignore no soliciting signs show up two days in a row at 8pm on a weekend when their business is closed. They also will knock and repeatedly ring the doorbell after being asked not to due to babies sleeping. Terrible business practice. I wish there was more to be done to report them.

  ****************** was my energy advisor, she is very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Not only that, you can tell she cares about the customer and their individual needs. I can't speak highly enough about her and recommend her if you're looking into solar. The whole process overall has been great! Im looking forward to my new Ion solar panels!

  Our sales rep ******* answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the product. Everyone we have worked with has neen professional and friendly. I highly recommend using ION solar company. Our panels look amazing and I can't thank Ion Solar enough!

  *** has nailed the customer support and installation process from start to finish. They have made everything so easy to understand and every phase so simple to get done. The people have all been outstanding as well, starting with ***********************, my sales rep, who has been there every step of the way!

  It has been a nightmare from the beginning. Installed November 2022. Unclear loan options resulting in a loan with higher interest rate, trying to have you switch utility companies when Reliant is one of their 'preferred' for solar efficiency (depending on the rep you spoke with which is another huge issue), design to have a few panels on the back roof promised by the worse sales rep who did not submit the correct design, *** insisted placing panels on my front roof when in November has sun but once trees fill in that roof is shaded during summer month yet back roof gets full sun all day, Enphase outside box wifi chip needing replacing after 5 months which turned into another huge fiasco and misinformation insisting it was my super speed wifi needing an extender then after trying 2 extenders and my anxiety and inconvenience they finally send someone out to find it was their wifi chip, 2 microconverters are not working for 5 days now (but could have been longer since the wifi chip issue was not reporting usage for 2 months, every support person gives you a different line and escalating just results in more miscommunication. Now I have a loan payment and still a high energy bill. The ****** locations are all closed (?) and it appears to be working out of **** for support.

  I would give 0 stars if that was an option.Awful company with dodgy business practices. They have 0 communication with the customers and end up causing more problems than the product they offer is worth. FAILED INSEPCTION 8 ***************** constantly failed inspection and kept making me be home and available for the inspections they they kept failing or would not have proper paper work for causing me to miss a ton of work trying to get the inspectors and the ion solar team what they needed to pass inspection. It shouldn't be my job to make sure they have what they need to pass inspection.Damaged my patio furniture During the install process they ended up leaving a tube of roof cement that ended up exploding on my patio furniture. My patio furniture was white and the roof cement was black, now my new patio furniture is ruined. the provided no compensation or compassion for their team damaging my property.Pull my credit report without Authorization I planned on paying the full amount of the bill when the installation was complete so I did not need to worry about dinging my credit or having a bill with a lender. without my consent or working with me to define the payments and the amount I would owe, Ion solar pulled my credit report with a hard inquiry without even asking me if that's what I wanted.Did not communicate with me about Payment, they just opened a loan I would expect any company that you are going to spend a lot of money with that it would be clear how you would pay and the payment terms in advance. I intended to pay for the solar panels outright so I didn't need to affect my credit report. I never got any call from the company I just got my credit pulled and all of a sudden I had a bill with a loan company i have never heard of. I actually had to call the company and ask why I was getting a bill from them as I was unaware of any loan with them. come to find out Ion solar decided to just open a loan for me.No compensation or remorse given.

  *** added $15,000 to my loan without notifying me. Then they demanded a $3,500 cancellation fee to get out of the contract. Scummy through and through!

  This companies will ghost you and then later keep hassling you. They can disappear just as quickly as they appear. Do not give them your money. They are run by irresponsible children and salesmen. They have not actual accountability or integrity. Results vary depending on who you work with. For a minimum of $30k results should be solid and consistent. You may get solar and everything go fine. You may have a nightmare on your hands. They are too high risk to do business with.

  Ive had my panels installed since January 2023 and theyre still not activated. It seems that communication has declined since payments started.

  I have experience terrible service from ION. I started the process for solar panels to be installed in July of 22. It is now June of 23 and the process is still incomplete. Ive had multiple technicians come out without any feedback from them or corporate. The sales pitch was great, the installation of the electrical wiring was great, but the installation of the panels and completion of the job is drastically lacking. Communication is terrible also.
