      No respect for no soliciting signs as he was dropping his sales pitch I asked if he'd seen the sign the young man said that wasn't for him. Idiot that's exactly who it's for

      We've had such a great experience with *********. Our sales rep *************************** was so informative and patient with all our questions. Our installation process went well and was so fast. The guys on the installation crew were also kind Highly recommend ION Solar to anyone looking for Solar.

      While the sales rep was knowledgeable and took time to explain he ins and outs of solar and its benefits to us, we were told that when they come in to do the sales pitch, it was company policy that they must leave with a yes or no. We were on the fence and began to go through some of the paperwork, and were told we could sign everything and still cancel if we wanted to. Feeling unclear and uneasy on the cancellation policy we opted to not go through with it. The sales rep then said if we did not sign right then, then he would not work with us in the future.It was pretty aggressive and an absolute turn off. Seems like a rep creating a company policy to force people into contracts.

      Definition of high pressure sales. When I asked to take some time to review the proposal, the salesman proceeded to play hardball by demeaning me and threatening not to do business with me because I wanted to take time to look over the contractual agreement and review with a CPA. Still, I was told I either needed to sign it then, with confusing cancellation procedures, or not sign at all, and they would not come back. Disgusting behavior and will not be doing business with this company.

      Where I live it is unlawful to solicit without a permit. It is also unlawful with a permit to solicit where posted "no soliciting." Ion Solar disregarded this sign, and when I confronted the salesperson he said, "Im not selling anything." Oh really, are you here to have tea with me? Give me a break. They use "schedulers" to identify interest, then send in the salesperson. In their minds, this means they aren't the ones selling. Well, guess what my friend, if you are uninvited, don't have a previous relationship, and are affiliated with or connected to a process for a for profit sale (solar) you are soliciting. I told him he was trespassing at least 10 times and that I have asked him to leave my property. Only until I screamed at him to leave did he do so. Deceptive and unfair trade practices to say the least. Sounds like the states AG offices need to do a multi-state action against this group like all the other solar companies who had a similar business model.

      I had a great experience with Ion Solar. All the people I worked with were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. They kept me informed throughout the process, even when the city officials were slow to respond. If they texted me and I asked a question back in response, they always answered me right away. I highly recommend Ion Solar.

      The installation crew got here on time, they went right to work, and the installation went smoothly. They cleaned up when they were done, and were all professional. Our initial contact with *** was ************************. He was great - he clearly described the project and what to expect. When we called with questions, he was able to get answers quickly.

      I have got a 18-panel ION Solar project finalized. I liked the service. Start to finish, the process was smooth & efficient. *** gave me a single contact. My project was closely managed & monitored. I was updated about progress & what was coming next. When I didn't understand I'd call & get answers. There were 2 times when my contact didn't know the answer. ION empowers its staff to admit they don't know, & need assistance from another person. (That's a sign of a good company!) I got my answers. *** did everything, permits, coordinating 3'd parties, documents, companies to do the work, *********************** & ION paid. (It's part of my costs on our solar system but it's nice not to be stuck with all the run around & fees.) My contact was able to explain all aspects of installation & answer all of my questions (I had questions at every phase) they continued to answer with ******************* ION got all: Roof, ********************* (I knew I'd need extensive wiring). Everyone was skilled at their craft, maintained a clean & organized environment. My install required MANY upgrades to the electrical system! The upgrade team arrived promptly on time & completed my upgrade. The quality of the solar panels installed is top-notch. It's clear that ION uses only the best products available. We began to see a significant reduction in energy bills within two months. It's only been a short time since solar was installed. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of post-installation support provided by ***. They followed up with me to ensure everything was working properly & offered assistance with any additional questions or concerns I had.Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose ION Solar for my panel installation. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. I highly recommend them to anyone considering solar panel installation for their home.       Fell victim to their lying, deceiving techniques to get you to sign a contract with them. They present you with information that looks great to someone that doesnt know much about solar. They make you think you are getting a good deal. Then they come trash your roof. Leaving you with a crooked solar panel system that works no where near where they estimated to you that it would. If i had the opportunity to terminate my contract with them at no cost, i would pay to have my whole roof replaced just to get out of the contract with them. It is ridiculous. Word to the wise and for anyone out there starting to look into the solar industry, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH ION SOLAR NO MATTER WHAT. Please, please do you research before you sign anything, DO NOT fall victim to Ion Solar like I did.
