    NO! No! No! I have a subscription that I have been trying to cancel for over a year.

    Horrible Company. My wife, ***** responded to an ad for their Tru Vale skin serum, which offered a free sample for simply paying shipping and handling. The product arrived with the bottle broken and glass in the product, which she documented to them by email with photo . They indicated they would send a replacement. The replacement never arrived. She called their customer care line and was again told they would send a replacement. 2 months later nothing has arrived. Over the last 2 weeks they have begun harassing her by phone insisting that she give them a credit card over the phone(which we will never do for anyone) and saying that according to the fine print she is now enrolled in an ongoing monthly subscription. They have threatened that unless she gives them her credit card info over the phone they will ship her a bunch of product and "escalate" the billing issue. We have told them that if they send the replacement for the broken product and a bill, we will pay the bill and be done with them. They refused to do this and kept saying in a menacing manner "this is your last chance". We have been reasonable in our offered resolution but the last 2 phone calls have gotten really ugly with each of us shouting over the other.
