    Spoke with ***********************, the owner who promised a beautiful flight over ********* with breathtaking views of the valley and mountains! Within 1o minutes of booking the flight with a 2 week notice, I got a confirmation that the balloon ride would be from Heber! On the day of our flight, Wil was very unorganized! WE met in the ******* parking lot in Heber and went back and forth to the airport a few times before making a stop at the gas station to fill the balloon tanks! We departed from Heber municipal airport, floated over the highway, hovered over the neighborhood and made a landing in the ******* parking lot, less than a mile from our launch site! Hardly, the experience we were promised! Wil was very rude and shouted for 2 people to get out of the balloon to help move the balloon to a grassy area with the assistance of spectators in the parking lot! We had signed a waver when we boarded the balloon that I'm sure did not include any injuries that could be acquired from pushing and lifting the balloon! His wife then demanded to take photo of the front and back of my credit card to secure the information I had already provided when I booked this fiasco, stating" It's required by our system" for us to get paid! This was very concerning to me because of my own security concerns with identity theft issues! We did not stick around for the promised "champagne toast" because we didn't think public consumption of alcohol in the parking lot was allowed and feared legal ramification! Other balloons flying that day were higher and farther than we were with zero visible problems! I feel we were scammed and did not get what we were promised. Multiple attempts to contact *** have been unsuccessful! He only allows positive reviews on his website and always blames the weather which in this case is a blatant lie! Not worth the money we paid. Looked at reviews from the same company he owns in ********** with the same negative complaints!
