      It doesnt matter if this company has the best diffuser ever made in the entire universe. They are the absolute most horrible company. And that is because a company needs to be more than its product. It needs its customer service and this company not only doesnt have any customer service., They are liars and obnoxious and thieves. Like everyone else with their reviews below mine I fell for the ad of a free diffuser if I bought two fragrances. It was only after I realized from other review that they had on their own put me on a subscription and I was going to be charged without my permission every month using my credit card that I gave them for what I thought was a special purchase theyre going to use my card to charge me every month for six months. They have to be idiots if they think theyre going to get away with this, but they just keep going. I have called but there is no phone number it tells you to go to a text. I go to the text five times and its never has been answered. I have written 16 emails and they will not respond , they are disgusting. Im going to have to pay for shipping this product back to them and they will have a letter to read inside. That will tell them exactly what Ive written here which is .I think they are a piece of you know what. Never hated a company more in my entire life and having a their smell in my house is not worth it to deal with these jerks l.

      BEWARE!!!!!!! This company does not care about its customers!!! I also fell for the free diffuser with a six month (2 fragrances) subscription! I set up the subscription on November 4th and was charged $22.84. I decided to cancel on November 5th and was charged and additional $46.33. I sent them an email the same day and didnt hear back. Today, November 9th I tried their live representative chat and was basically told this is how the system works. EVEN though nothing has shipped yet I was told it has and sent a bogus **** shipping label link that literally says Latest Update A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 2:25 pm on November 8, 2022 in ****************************. This does not indicate receipt by the **** or the actual mailing date.Pre-Shipment Shipping Label Created, **** Awaiting Item **************************** November 8, 2022, 2:25 pmThey claim the item has been shipped thats why I was charged but I havent received confirmation for any shipping and theyre really just covering their a$$ at this point. PLEASE, PLEASE dont buy from this people. They clearly care more about your money than actually sending you the product and if theyre this shady when it comes to orders, I imagine the fragrance is NOT what they say it is. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from this headache. Theyre not worth it and they do NOT deserve your money. I wish I would have read the reviews instead of trusting the influencers theyre using for their profit. Its truly a shame.

      I fell for the free diffuser with a six month (2 fragrances) subscription and when it came time for my first refill , they withdrew the money from my account but its been a week and no shipping info and Ive emailed multiple times and no one will respond.

      The only reason I gave the company 1 star is because I couldnt give zero, I have 4 diffusers that have never worked. I reset all 4 and was able to get 1 to connect but it never released the scent. I have communicated with this company roughly 16 times and I am still were I started . I have spent over $200 for home scents that we have yet to be able to use and thats just the half of it. Im still receiving scents that were exchanged with the first shipment, and I was charged 9/25 for an order that was never shipped and no one has addressed this every correspondence I mention this in this issue is over looked. I sent an email advising **** of the scents to swap out he literally followed up with an email asking me which scents I wanted to exchange the scents we didnt like for !!! YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME ! I have requested cancellation 3 times and I received an email on 10/18/22 stating he wanted to make sure were on the same page about the scents but he could help me cancel if I would like. I also subscribe to another home scent company and we have literally had no issues. I decided to try Pura because of the scent options and this was TGE WORST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE! $200 + dollars later , no resolution to these issues and I still have no idea where their reviews on IG are coming from.. I know 2 other people that are having the same issues as myself DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

      Horrible!!!! No one answers the customer service line. My order came in with missing items and theres no one to help. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

      Terrible product and company. The company does not tell you during the purchase process that the diffuser is not compatible with 5G internet service. They save that until youre so frustrated trying to set it up. There is zero customer service. The chat person suggested I get 2G service. Still waiting on an email response since there is no phone number to call.

      Ordered several of these around the holidays last year and it took over a month to receive them. Then the one that I kept failed after about 6 months. **************** was awful to deal with and rather than just sending a new device, talked in a loop for over a week and had me try all sorts of troubleshooting to come to the same conclusion..the diffuser is junk. Finally got a replacement to use up the 5 scent refills that I had sitting around from the monthly subscription. Once I go through those, I'll be switching back to the store brand plug-ins that are at least reliable. Also, the app is garbage and the company recognized there is something wrong with the ambient mode that causes the diffuser light to just flash. In addition, half of the colors on the color wheel don't actually work. Very gimmicky business and not worth your money.
