Blade HQ is a great place to shop for knives. They're always fast to ship, and they take care in packaging so that my purchases arrive intact. I'm also happy with their customer service. Today, I was assisted by ***, who responded to my emails quickly and was kind and helpful. I'm highly impressed, so from now on Blade HQ will be my very first choice whenever I need a knife!

***** took care of me over the phone today, as though she were my own mother. I could not be more impressed and satisfied with BladeHQ and thier team. I've bought many knives over the years, there's a lost art of customer care missing from most companies these days. Not from BladeHQ.
