      We certainly love our Made In ******* companies and we only support those companies that respect their customers by providing proper service to we the customer who puts food on their family's table ... Blade HQ is one of those great companies, and one of those companies that doesnt hire barely-speaking-English cow jockeys! This latest review is for their customer service who directly answered my questioned within a couple days and they even provided the links to their specific products that I was asking about. Keep up the excellent work, Blade HQ.... we are truly proud of our respectable businesses

      Great customer service! I had an item missing from my order and I contacted them to see what could be done. ****** contacted my back and told me that unfortunately the item was out of stock but I was given a refund that was more than what I had paid for the item and I was sent a bunch of free stuff as well. They really care about customer satisfaction and that is pretty rare these days.
