      I havent received my order yet, of course, it was just placed, but so far Im so impressed with this companys follow up and communication! I know from this, already, that it may be my first purchase but certainly wont be my last. It appears they value and appreciate their customers and that is something, unfortunately, that is rarely seen today!

      Ive shopped other Knife stores, but BHQ is by far the best. I dont need to shop around anymore. Everything I need is right here. Ordered a Benchmade Bugout ***** with the machined aluminum scales. I also had it engraved for my wife, for our anniversary. Everything was perfect, from the knife, to the engraving to the service and the shipping (free and super fast!). I cannot say enough good things about this business. They have earned my patronage for life. Well done BHQ! Thank you!

      They charged my card, and didn't send the product! I was not informed of this, and had to make the inquiry. I will be notifying my bank of this transaction immediately!

      It's always been a pleasure doing business with blade HQ. Very good selection and excellent customer service. Their return policy is hassle free. I've bought a lot of knives from them and if it wasn't what I was expecting they took care of it.
