      I went in seeking to buy wheels and tires and was directed to "the bike mechanic" named *****. He refused to help me, he refused to look up at me, I was showing him my old wheels and trying to ask him what I should buy and he wouldn't be bothered. Honestly, ***** seems unemployable. I left.

      I bought a bike from them I was told it was electric when I paid for it come to find out it wasn't electric it was a hybrid e-bike I brought it into them to fix it several times because the chain was slipping occasionally and they told me they couldn't find the problem
