    Having one rebuilt transmission fail within 3000 miles can happen. When multiple transmission rebuild all fail and the company refuse to stand behind their word it's clear this enterprise is not worth anythin.Word gets around fast.Stand behind your work !

    POLICE CALLED!! I had a rather VERY unpleasant experience with the PRTC and their owner, ****. Initially, he seemed quite knowledgeable and provided me with a quote for repairing my transmission. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. **** tried to pull me out of the car and put his elbow in my neck as he was trying to get the keys to the car, I had to call 911 for help. Thankfully, the police were called and got there fast. three provo police officers showed up, **** was cited for misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor unlawful detainment of a human. I was relieved when the ************ intervened and demanded that **** release me from the premises.Despite the aggressive assault, and unprofessional behavior exhibited by *****, after about a hour of police presents, I decided to pay the inflated bill of an additional $3000 to the lawyer that was there at the shop. However, I fully intend to pursue legal action against **** and take this matter to court for the transmission but damages also. As I did hired an attorney to deal with this crazy man and his low class so called Lawyer.After recounting this unfortunate experience, I strongly advise against entrusting your transmission repairs to this shop. It is clear that they are not to be trusted and will only bring trouble upon you. Even as far as to assault you and hurt you to get money for his scams. Please be careful.**** the owner of PRTC has many troubling days ahead of him. Please protect yourself! My car trans not shifting right and that why he didnt want to test drive it.
