      This product listed on their website is nowhere near the size of the item i received. For $27 i received a one time use in painless ointment that they list as a multi use product.
      I have commented to them on their social medias, but they delete my comment everytime. they have no way to be contacted.
      The website is a scam.

      I ordered a tattoo numbing cream from here and I got lost in shipment. I contacted USPS they sent out a disclaimer on it and told me to contact the company. I’ve emailed them multiple times and I’ve only heard from them once with no resolution I’ve asked for a contact Number with no response and I’ve not received my money back or the shipment very unprofessional

      There is no item quantity on the packaging or listed on any of their advertising pages. Including their website, Facebook etc. When I reached out to the company directly I was told this was the proper amount and that it is actually to include 50% more product. Product does not weigh stated amount. Company has money back guarantee on the website siting you will receive a full refund if not satisfied for any reason. The company has stopped responding to me via email, has not issued the refund requested and blocked me from social media to address my concerns through social media. Others have been posting about the same complaints.

      I have tried contacting this business about the product not working. At first I was okay with them giving me tips about maybe me not applying it right or a replacement because I might have gotten a bad batch. I have received no response other than them asking me to do a review of the product. Since I have not gotten any type of response I just want my money back now.

      I purchased items from Painless Tattoo on February 2nd, 2023. The amount paid is indicated in the attached image from my Discover card. I received the items on 6 February 2023. The packaging was in poor condition when recieved. The items did not meet my expectations. I attempted to contact them through email, direct contact with them on their website and by sending a message through Messenger. All three forms of contacting them that is recommended on their website. Their website states a refund can be issued on unopened items, which they haven't been opened, within 30 days of receiving the items. I have received no response from them in any way. My order number is ****** from Painless Tattoo. I feel their customer service is very poor by not responding to a customer request in any way. All I desire is to be able to return the products and receive a full refund.

      I placed an order with hopes to receive the item before I needed it. It arrived after I received my tattoo. So I have contacted them through email, Facebook chat and calling the number on the Facebook page. I have not received any response. They say if you need to return and item, please contact them through email or FB chat. I have done all and no response back. So I need to file a complaint to get my money back if possible. If any information is needed, please contact me and I can provide the necessary documents.

      I placed a order from them using their website on Dec 11 and I still haven't received any information on my delivery or not have I received anything from them
