      I purchased a product that was advertised as "Tube" for $27 when I received almost 2 weeks later a Packet instead of a Tube. With no other papers, receipt or letter regarding the order. They don't contact, or respond to messages on their social media either.

      They say you can return, but they never get back to you! This is what they say on their website...Money Back Guarantee If for any reason you're not satisfied with your product, please let us know and we will be able to give you a full refund.Shipping To return your product, contact us at their email address Well I'm not satisfied. I never used the product I purchased, emailed 3 times to get return information as they instructed, and never got a response. Every communication was well within their 60-day return window, but I'm still waiting.

      Placed order that cost me $101 never received the product I paid for, made several attempts to inform the company that I never in fact got the items I paid for & after 3 months of trying, still no response from the company of painless tattoo numbing cream!!
