      I ordered the sculpt and tone barbell set with extra weights and weight stand on 9/19/24 To date Im still missing the barbell and weights. I only received the bands and the stand. I have sent multiple emails and still dont have my weight equipment. I spent $464.84 I have been trying to get a refund but no response.

      I purchased the ****** Barbell full x4 free gifts on February 8, 2023. I finally received shipment today February 21, 2023. The only item in the box was the bar. The frustrating part is that as I followed the tracking for my order (*****) it showed two packages being shipped to me. One of the two packages said it was delivered on February 17, 2023 in the garage at *************** ** (I believe this is the company warehouse?) I expressed my concern for this with the support group, but it seems very difficult getting in touch. I did have someone respond to my email about checking with ***** but I am just concerned being this was a big purchase for me. I am just looking for some reassurance that I am receiving my items I have purchased.

      Thanks for reaching out.  I am here to help.  Yes this was a **** mistake and they apologized to us about it.  What happened is their system read that these boxes were over 71 lbs and therefore sent 11 back to us.  We weighed them and documented videos and sent to them.  Turns out they were only 64 lbs and the limit is 70.  I notified the **** manager along with the pickup agent and they said it in fact was their fault.  These were all reshipped out yesterday 2/21/23.  I had to write the weight on each one.  

      Im sorry that you were apart of this issue and I am very excited for you to get it all.  In the meantime for the inconvenience... I can gift you 3 months access in the fitness app ($75 value).

      I placed an order for a barbell + 4 free gifts on 11/15/2022. I received and order confirmation and the order # is *****. I have yet to receive my purchased item ($299.00) and have not received any updates on the status of my order since I received the confirmation. You call the contact number and it just gives you another number to call to leave a voicemail and/or text. I did both.

      I purchased the Home Gym set along with the additional weights on 6/3/20. The clips have broke a few times and I have been provided replacements for free in the past. Due to the clips consistently breaking, I had an injury to my foot. The clip broke on one side and 2 out of 3 plates fell on my big toe. I had to wear a bandage on my toe since the nail was bruised so bad it fell off 3 days later. I reached out to the company to inform them what had happened and requested they send me the updated bar and clips they are now advertising as they prevent slippage and broken clamps. The company instead sent me a link to purchase it for $240.00 and said since it past the 30 days this was the best they could do due to it being a small business and all. However, I know for a fact they are capable of compensating me with the bar and clips at no cost. They then sent me a link to purchase the new clips at $7.00. I find this level of customer service and level of empathy highly concerning.

      HI ******* I am here to help with your concern.  I am trying to understand.  So your clamps broke, we replaced your clamps for free.  Was the replacement with plastic or metal clamps?  Our metal ones are a great secure and safe way to never have that issue again.  We have discontinued the old plastic ones and will not be returning those ones.  But I would love to get you the NEW metal ones that I use too!

      I purchased a “Barbell Full” set on 7/3/22. I spent 364.79 using Shopify/Affirm (installments). My order confirmation number is *****.
      The confirmation email states that the item ships in 7-10 days. Booty Bands website states they usually ship in 5-7 business days but to allow 7-14 business days.
      I emailed the company at 23 days and was offered an apology where they stated they are working on it and gave me a free PDF of their small waist challenge that includes daily affirmations. I do not find a PDF of affirmations and “stay away from sugar” worth $364.79. It has now been 30 days.
      The company is no longer responding to emails where I am requesting they cancel my order and refund my money.

      I am here to help.  First, thank you for your order, it means so much to our small & women owned business.  We were not expecting this delay at all.  We were informed that we would have had all our products several weeks ago.  It's unfortunate because I have very little control when the manufacturing deals with supply chain issues.  But I have heard some goods news, that all products should arrive at our warehouse this week.  Because of this inconvenience, we are gifting members 3 months into the app or open for negotiating some other free product.
