Mountain View Anesthesia Inc sent me a bill for $1200+ after my surgery last year. The anesthesia should have been covered by my insurance. My insurance said that it was covered. Mountain View Anesthesia entered the wrong code to bill my insurance so my insurance rejected it. I called Mountain View Anesthesia and told them to correct the code they sent. They said they didn't know the correct code. I called my insurance to figure out the correct code. I called Mountain View Anesthesia and told them to correct the issue.

I did this entire process again a couple months later when Mountain View Anesthesia sent me another bill. Literally, I did the exact same thing. They said they would figure it out.

Today, I got another bill from them and they screwed it up again. I've read other reviews online and this horrible company, Mountain View Anesthesia, has a horrible record of billing correctly.

My request is for them not to send me to collections and for them to bill my insurance correctly. This is absolutely ridiculous that I have to hold their hands for them to do their job correctly.

On 4/1/2023, we paid $1680.00 for a professional anesthesia experience from Mountain View Anesthesia for my wife's delivery.

The on-call technician took over an hour to get to the hospital, and when he arrived, he acted like he was greatly inconvenienced to be there. No hello's, no introduction, no concerns. A terrible attitude and was being rude to everyone. He did not warn my wife about the numbing injections going in, and when he began to administer the first numbing injection, my wife winced and jolted away. She was in labor for 12 hours, and her contractions were 30 seconds apart, so she was in absolute pain. When she jolted away, he yelled at her and scolded her for jerking away from the injection, as she's bawling her eyes out. He then started to scold us to keep her calm and under control. He never apologized for his rude, unprofessional behavior, and never once even showed an ounce of concern for my wife. At this time, I am requesting one of two outcomes from MVA: The anesthesia technician is fired due to these events, or provide us a full refund for the services we paid for. If neither of these outcomes are reached, I will file a lawsuit against MVA.

I have reached out to the business 5 times since April, to get a statement from them about this event. After paying the bill, they want nothing to do with me. They have provided zero effort to resolve the situation.
