    I am a former employee of this company. And I have many many things to say. Upper management is an absolute, you will firstly be gossiped about by other employees and managers, and they will not respond to your messages in a timely manner. They are absolutely rude and ridiculous to the employees. I went 3 months without any sort of store management because the higher wouldn't hire anyone. On that note, employee turnover is horrendously quick because of the mistreatment. You will ALWAYS work alone because they don't make enough money to employ more than one person. And if you can't work the hours they need even with a pre-planned and discussed availability you will be berated and mistreated. As well as if your shift change doesn't show you will be expected to stay or close early with very little notice. You will go without any communication and you will be unable to get supplies and inventory without feeling like a burden. Many times the stores had to rely upon each other to get the needed supplies. Lastly, my store closed and all employees were laid off with 3 days' notice. As well as being unable to get in contact with anyone after that point. All employees were sent on an absolute run around to get tax forms, receiving all different answers of when, where, and how to receive them.This company has some of the rudest management, worst communication, and poor morals. DO NOT WORK HERE and if you want my honest review of the cookies, they're disgusting.
