I was told multiple times about a very important detail, after several phone conversations, traveling from *********** to *****, and making my first appointment I was told again about this detail. However on my second visit, which was supposed to be the actual surgery I was told the opposite. There is much to this situation, way too much to explain it all here, but with excess of $2,000 out of my pocket, for travel & lodging alone, I was not only denied the procedure, they actually are trying to spin it around on me.Business Response

have poor fitting full mouth implants. received full mouth implants in May, 2023 and a requested reline at the 6 month maintenance appt because of loose fit. My one year maintenance was on Nov. 4, 2024, and l complained of the loose fit allowing food to consistently get between my teeth and gums. I had to insist there was a problem in addition to whistling drooling and improper speech. Finally l was told that l could try a reline. I was told l would get a call back that day for a immediate date. I was called later and told l couldn't get a date until Jan. 27th 2025 despite my level of discomfort and frustration. This after paying $150 for flossing by the Tech and another flossing by the doctor *** said everything looks good.Business Response

July 2023 my dental implants are too big my prosthetics sticks out and it interfere with my speech where the teeth sticks out my tongue has no support because they have slant I went a got a second opinion and the second ******* agree they are stick out and the can be fixed but original ******* said its nothing they can do. I filled out personal information (ss#, date of birth, etc.) to see if I was eligible for a loan and after I had submitted it. It said I did an error, it prompted me to fix it and then booted me off the page and it disappeared with the page and my information and I couldn’t retrieve it and I was to restart the whole process over! Now I don’t know where all my personal information went to! I’m afraid of being used of all my personal info now out on the web!Business Response

Receiving multiple phone calls daily from this business. I block one number and they call again from a slightly different one. This has become both intrusive and obnoxious. I want these calls to STOP.Business Response

I went to this business for a consultation for dental implants instead was treated as if I must make a date for a surgery before deciding yes or no or before even getting a heart doctor's clearance ...also the Jerry H*** entered false information to lenders of annual income of 60000 yearly ...when I explained that my annual income is maybe around 30,000 yearly ......he treated me as if I must say yes to this consultation and pay 3000....
I never set a surgery date ...never got a clearance from doctor...I can't afford the payment of 463. monthly nor can put my life in a hardship status with debt of 43000. at this time in life ...I have paid 3000. never set a date ...this free consultation has gotten 3000 ....3 thousand dollars ...I can't put myself in hardship for something I want but can't afford...I can not do this surgery because it would leave me with a beautiful smile...a broken heart ...broke pockets...and depressed with 43000 debt ....this was a consultation visit ....undecided...
but I am out of 3000. when there is no surgery date ...no medical clearance....no implant teeth made for a not arranged surgery...Jerry H*** called me an said I must pay for the office time and there is no refund...but also said at the visit that if this does not work out you can get your 3000 refunded back ...but now calls and said no refund....
I can't do this surgery or this type of debt ....I only asked for a refund of my 3000. I am seeking a response or a refund through the help of the BBB ....
I have left messages to speak to the office manager James H***** ....but never got a call back ....Jerry H*** gave me a very rude call which has left me in fear to return to that office ...
I am a disabled senior citizen...who can not afford to get the dental work done ....I only want to be refunded my 3000.

My daughter was trying to get started in the implant process so I paid the $1000 required deposit for her to get started. Somewhere along the way after the Minnesota office refused to even see her for a consult due to her medical history, the sales person said she’d put in a request for a refund of my $1000 deposit. She then got my daughter an appointment in the Nashville office and they too refused her. Still no refund. She then said she could get my daughter in at the Las Vegas office. At this point my daughter and I were both so discouraged that we decided to get the procedure done in our hometown rather than going through all the travel arrangements again and end up getting turned down a third time. Many texts later I did finally get travel expenses refunded but still no deposit back. This has been going on for several months. My daughter has never been seen by anyone at Nuvia in person and there is no reason why I should have to forfeit my $1000 for a procedure that hasn’t happened. I’m just getting the run around and have also been told there is no Nuvia headquarters phone number that I can even call. This has all been done through text messages or phone calls with the salesperson. I do have all texts saved but some of the reassurances of refund I’ve gotten have been by phone so I have no records of those.Business Response

On the date of March 25, 2024, the amount of 48,600.00 was electronically transferred from Empire Trust Company to Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Las Vegas Nevada. Nuvia dental Implant Center was going to provide full arch dental implants to the upper and lower sections of my mouth.
Nuvia Dental Implant Center sent a notification to my cartologist requesting my medical records. My medical records were received by Nuvia Dental Implant Center. At that time, the doctor at Nuvia REQUESTED some type of letter from my cartologist saying that it was alright for me to be given GENERAL ANESTHESIA in a CLINIC SETTING. It was at this point that I became frightened about the procedure. If the Nuvia Doctor was not sure about continuing with the process without a letter from my cartologist, then something must have frightened him enough to make the request. At that time, I decided to cancel the procedure because I was afraid for my life.
I have called Nuvia Dental Implant centers in Las Vegas and sent emails numerous times to try to speak with the manager about receiving the refund. I AM BEING COMPLETLY IGNORED. I have not received any correspondence pertaining to the refund procedure. These funds need to be returned to Empire Trust in Albuquerque and not to myself. All I am asking for is a refund of the money that I paid for the service that I decided not to pursue.Business Response
