I never once signed up for any service or information about this company. Never heard of them until one day I started getting texts from them on my cell phone, and all the texts (totaling probably 25 by now) from then until now keep referring to me as *******. So its pretty clear to me that someone falsely gave my number, or they got my number from some other bad business practices. They offer no contact form on their website so I cant even request that they erase my number from their database. Sick of being harassed.Business Response

I am receiving numerous emails from this business which are unsolicited and at this point invasive. There is no option available to remove my email from their marketing list. As soon as I delete the ad, it appears again. I literally remove at least 4 ads daily.Business Response

They hustle you in, push you to make a decision that day by saying you wont get this good a price ($24,000) next week its going up to $45,000! They texted me 25 times throughout the week, before my phone call appointment to make sure I would be available at the allotted time and THEY WERE 2 HOURS LATE! Same thing with the appointment, texting me to be there on time over and over. I should have been ****** off enough at that point to say forget it, but I miss my old smile. The appointment was so fast and the slick salesman came in and said, you look like you have a story!, runs in and out of the room multiple times, acts very concerned when I told him my story. My story includes my daughter passing away, so I was emotionalhe played on that, really well. Good job on the sales tactics (sarcasm font)! Bottom line, they hustle you in, tell you how much they care and are going to make you a beautiful smile blah blah, then its time to take $1000.00 (again with the threats of the price doubling if I wait). I told him I was traveling to ******* and wanted to wait til after the trip in a month. He said, oh that will be fine, just let us know when you are ready and if you change your mind we will give you back your $1000. LIE!! Now they wont give me back my deposit! I have proof of all of this in text from the salesman.He offered to give it back then quit responding. Bunch of scamming, fast hustle bullcrap. One other thing, I noticed none of the patients they use as examples ever open their mouths very wide when they smile, so I wanted to see what the gumline looked like. I went to this company seeking assistance with dental implants, when I got there, for the free consultation everything was fine. I decided in an emotional state to move forward made my deposit and setup the next appointment. An emergency came up and I was unable to make the appointment and I received a series of text messages about getting in as soon as possible which I was unable to do. Then the text felt aggressive offer all type of options for me to make an appointment, stating that they would need to move the procedure if I did not make it in for the appointment. I stated I was unavailable and the text continued to the point I stated then just cancel it. Well I texted the same number that I received numerous text from requesting a refund of my deposit and nothing. I stated that I did not feel confident in the company after the messages as well as further review of the comments from the BBB. No response was given.Business Response

We do our best here at Nuvia to accommodate all of our patients. Full smile transformations tend to be an emotional decision for many people to make. We completely understand and try our best to work around patient's schedules and any emergencies that may arise. Due to the fact that Ms. *****'s surgery was already scheduled, we were just trying our best to get Ms. ***** in as soon as possible for her smile design appointment as that needs to be completed prior to the surgery date. In jan 2024, we were contacted by nuvia about free evaluation for implants teeth and in exchange we will get out 89.00 back and 100.00 for our time. On July 14, 2023, I underwent surgery to remove dental implants and have new ones put in place. I had a negative reaction to the anesthesia in that I was disoriented and combative. A common problem created by anesthesia in the elderly. Do their surgical teams have training in anesthesia and negative reactions? Asked and was never answered by Nuvia. When my wife arrived, they were on the phone with the police, the situation calmed down and call ended. I was told to come back for the teeth the following week. Their fee caused me to empty out my 401K, and I now have no teeth and no money to fix that situation. I have been back to the business twice since then. I apologized for my behavior, to everyone who may have been there. Everyone said that is OK. They have since discontinued my contract, after my check cleared. I have not received the hard liners, nor the follow up visits. I am under a LEGAL OBLIGATION to seek arbitration before taking them to court. They insist discontinuing my contract is "legal" and have informed me that "any other dentist can complete their work." I was sold this product as an innovative and PROPRIETARY process. If any other dentist can work on their product, then that was a business and advertising lie.I contacted nearly every implant dentist in ********* and they want me to get another surgery and have their teeth put in at another many thousand-dollar price. I am currently experiencing pain I believe to be from sores and possibly bone spurs created because of the lack of a hardliner. I am back to eating only very soft foods.The contract specifically states that they are under obligation to put in the hardliner, that I am to have bi-annual checkups for the first 2 years and annual ones for 3 years after that, with them. There is a limited warranty of 5 years on the teeth.They voided and violated their own contract by their unethical conduct.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because it in no way addresses the health care or financial concerns raised in the complaint. It specifically ignores every point of the complaint. The letter I received gave no reason at all for the decision to terminate my fully paid treatment plan. In addition, there was no attempt to come to agreement regarding the remainder of my paid fee, the disposition of warranty issues, or any guidance on who might be able to work with their proprietary processes, material, and prostheses. I emptied my retirement 401k to pay for treatment upfront. The five-year treatment/warranty was voided after only months with no reason given. Arbitration that was contractually stipulated was ignored in favor of unilateral action. Any acceptable response will address the financial and medical concerns. No attempt has been made to address my completely legitimate concerns/complaints.

I went to NUVIA Dental Around the middle ofbob ***** 2023.My first meeting was x-rays and then very high pressure sales for 4 hours.I was told that I would get a mouthful of teeth as many teeth. As it ***** to fill my mouth. Because I had noticed the model on the desk was very small with only 12T. I would have never accepted only 12 on the top 12 on the bottom. The sales person told me no problem. They would fill my mouth with teeth. The first week when I went back I was under the impression. Everything was great after that I tried to eat and bit my lips and notice that my lips were sticking out like I had a dip. In my mouth when I feel with my finger. The teeth are sticking out about a quarter of an inch. In front of my gum line. Also my teeth stop halfway back in my mouth this is not acceptable i cant live like this even if they realined my teeth i would still have only 24 teeth i got a second opinion the doctors thought they were temporary very poor quality i have read other complaints exactly like mine one guy went back 20 times i don't want to go through any more with NUVIA i don't have any confidence in their work im working on getting my teeth replaced before i tried my teeth i didn't notice how bad they were after my second and third option i will not let them near me i got my sugary notes and the office manager put in Brite red letters i kept calling and crying trying to humiliate me i have cried a lot i feel stupid getting rushed into this now its forever i had 4 very solid wisdom teeth that would have had a lot more options i feel i put under a lot of stress about my gums and mislead about my results i would never got a full set of teeth like i was promised also the teeth are not individually crafted they broke lots of promises i only want my money back that's not asking alot this has devastated my life it will be a long process fixing my problems from being misinformed and given very bad teeth i tryed dealing with the office manager wont go NUVIABusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because:I have gotten more than one medical opinion since I tried to deal with nuvia. And I refused to be a Guinea pig for them. They have a chance to at least make it acceptable. But it's completely unacceptable and I'm fixing. This as quickly as I can medically with a Doctor.I have information from. 2 other opinions that were very weak. The Doctor thought they were temporary.So I don't think it would be fair if you're trying to force me to deal with this or go back to tsometimes when somebody makes such a bad mistake. I am rejecting this response because:I reject this answer because it is not true. Also, ***** told me that she would review the sales tape to make sure. I was telling her the truth. What movie offered me when they took my money and rushed the financing amazingly quick? And I sat down 4 hours The young lady promised me everythanks.She said that I would get a full set of teeth.It's many teeth.That's what I would get.Because I noticed a tiny model.She said of the quality of Their teeth I could go on and on about the point is they told me I was going to get something and I did not get that. I got 12 teeth on the top and 12 teeth on the bottom. They will not work for me and I would have never gotten this if I wasn't promised as many teeth as would fit in my mouth. I have huge blanks on the 4 places behind where my teeth end. Besides all the other additional problems, *** requested a copy of the sales tape numerous times I have called almost almost 3 times a week for months. ***** told me to quit calling all I was trying to do is find a corporate office. I don't believe there is a corporate office and there's CO. Has a number that disconnects. There is no way to email him or have any communications with anybody. That is In the corporate office.
All I wan to do is remove these very poor quality teeth. I have the pins taken out of my mouth and have dentures made by my dentist. That will give me a full set of teeth. That was my main objective. Also I was told that it would be strange line along my gums. That's very far from the truth. If I had a copy of the sales tape or if ***** had a senate to ************** to be reviewed like she told me. Then I believe this would have been Uber a long time. Not trying to move the Earth. I'm just trying to not suffer anymore and make this go away and get what I wanted. Not what they wanted to give me. I was promised one thing and got something very different. That's kind of like bait and switch to me.I was too trusti believe they were gonna actually review the tape and I know what I was told.I can't have my old teeth back. But I can certainly get a mouthful of twith dentures. It's impossible with implants. I found out later because of the nerve in your jaw could cause facial paralysis. I didn't know any of this.I just believed what novia told me that I was in desperate need of implants because of my severe Gum diseases and that I would receive a full set of teeth as many as would fit in my mouth and that the Teeth on the desk was just a model and the real chief would be much different. These teeth are too small. They do not feel my mouth. And they are a very poor quality. I will go in and have ****** the office manager. Stay in the room with me. I want these poor quality teeth removed by my dentist. Because I've found that I don't feel trusting of Novia to do anymore. Dental work to me. I can have them removed. And take photographs of them just to ensure that that I get A fair resolution which is a full refund and I will pay to remove these tenter. Remove ******** after I take photographs of them. And document the work that I have had to have done. Then I would be happy to give them back to *****. To hopefully use. As a training procedure for something not to do I say all this respectfully, I'm not trying to be hateful or been very upsetting and hurtbut I just want to move forward with my life.My mind and my body can't Take anymore, it's been devastating. I hope this can be resolved.By allowing the ***** office to inspect my teeth one more time. That would be the third time and also I have called all over the country doing my best to get the corporate office. With no luck whatsoever. We here at Nuvia have spoken with ******************** on numerous occasions. We even had the restorative doctor speak with him directly by phone about his concerns. We have had various appointments scheduled for ******************** that he missed or chose to not come to. ******************** has been given many opportunities to come in person to rectify his concerns. ******************** received the same standard of care as thousands of other Nuvia patients. Our surgeons and restorative doctors have reviewed his case and they all agree that implant placement and prosthetics for upper and lower are functional and properly placed. He has finally agreed to be seen March 21, 2024. that she would send the tape to ************** to be reviewed and if this was true that I was promised one thing and got something else that I would be happily refunded my money and these teeth would be removed and I would just get dentures that's what I want you can't do a bait and switch I have called ***** so much trying to get a hold of their corporate office to get the results of the review tape to prove that they had told me numerous times that I would get a full set of teeth as many teeth as would fit in my mouth I would never have gotten this tiny little set of teeth that only go halfway back in my mouth I wasn't worried about my smile when I originally went to nuvia I told them I wanted to be able to chew my food properly for nutrition reasons from an accident my chewing teeth were damaged my teeth in the front were fine except I have one cracked tooth in the front there were a lot of other options but the sales tape would have proven that they promised me one result and gave me something completely different that's not fair to bait and switch me besides all the other problems I had and then somehow conveniently ***** said sorry I lost the tape that's not acceptable at all that was a very pushy unprofessional tape that told a lot of untruths you can't do that in business promise somebody something and give them something else I have an appointment on the 20th with a new office manager all I'm asking for Novia is to review the tape and return my money that's all I had asked them from the very beginning I did go back in and let them inspect my teeth and I will go back again and let them inspect my teeth it's like buying a certain kind of car and then they give you a less valuable car and expect you to take it I don't accept that what they promised me is impossible in dental implants I found out later so they were just telling me anything I wanted to hear just to make the sale and that was very important that she immediately retrieved that tape and she promised me that she would but somehow it got conveniently lost that's a deal breaker and I just found out after asking everybody I called about the tape I have numerous people in **** ******* that were all trying to help me and trying to locate this tape ***** knew this was important and this is what the whole situation hinged on now she has conveniently lost it I believe the only fair thing to do is to conveniently refund my money and I'll go get dentures with a full set of teeth so I can properly chew my food and get all the other mess figured out and fixed all my pins are bunched up in one place I felt like maybe they could take the tape and use it for a training tape to do things better in the future also I figured they could have my teeth and use them for training also because of the poor quality of the teeth and the misplacement of the pins I'm not trying to be mean or hateful to anybody I'm just trying to get a result that I want not the result they want to give me I did not agree to what I have I agreed to what the salesperson told me I would get and I did not get that everything in the response is not true if she would have told me that I needed to come in the office to resolve it I would go but I wasn't going to go in the office and have them remove these teeth and conveniently lose them like they conveniently lost the tape she said all sales are taped and all the sales tapes are available so she knew that was very important but it wasn't important to her because it proved what I said I just want this nightmare to end and to have a full set of teeth that I can properly chew my food with and eat with this can't be achieved with dental implants I found out later through a second opinion that it's not possible to get 28 or 32 teeth with a dental implant I was shocked but it was too late I had already been tricked by the salesperson this is so wrong in every way I just found out a few days ago that she didn't even have the tape I had been waiting and calling and calling and she said quit calling ************** well I don't believe there's any corporate office for Novia Dental but all I was trying to do is locate the tape for months and months and months I know exactly what the tape says it said that I had really bad gum diseases and was experiencing bone loss by the day and eventually might not be a candidate for even dentures I was terrified I figured as long as I'm getting a full set of teeth I might as well go for it also the salesperson told me that this was medically necessary and that she would personally help me fill out the paperwork to refund most of my money from my insurance because it was medically necessary I believed everything I was told all of this is on top of all the other problems I've suffered with for months I just figured that she was waiting for the results and it was really backed up I had no idea that she didn't even care enough to save my sales tape and then resolve this in a civil way instead of just allowing me to suffer as badly as I have this is taking me to a new low in my life I've been so upset and so distraught I am going to go the 20th but I had already told ****** the new office manager in ***** what I want and she said that's fine but I had to go into the office first I insisted that she stay in the office with me I pray that this would be the end of it and that ***** would just simply look at my teeth one more time I would be happy for my dentist to remove them and I will have the pins removed by my dentist and happily give everything back to ***** instead of using them and a hateful way I would just hope that they would use them to train their people to get better because to me it seemed that the ***** office was training people and using me to train if I had photos which they do and I will get photos before I give them back to nuvia you can see that it's very poor quality and misplaced and Miss physician to wear I have Included CT scan, 5 min video showing the process and how it's completed in 5 visits including the consultation. Total cost of my all on 4 full restoration would be $46k, all inclusive, including grafting, sedation etc. They rushed me through financing.
Scheduled my smile design 11/29/2021. Surgery day 12/7/2021, permanent teeth install 12/8/2021. When I told them that the prosthesis was ill fitting on 12/8, I told them that the prosthesis doesn't feel or look right, the teeth looked different sizes and lopsided. Dr. P*** said to wait a few weeks and then they could make adjustments to make it a bit more comfortable. He told me this is just for the next 4-6 months until I fully heal. Then they will start designing my final zirconia prosthesis. I was upset and angry because what they installed in my mouth was big, bulky, ill fitting, had a yellow tone, and were not my permanent set. This language is manipulative, misleading and deceptive to lure you into signing. So no, these are in fact not permanent teeth as marketed and sold to me. The promise that their technology eliminates the need for multiple appointments or fittings. I've been over 20+ times, experiencing multiple issues. Even after giving them numerous chances to make it right, its only gotten worse. Their incompetence prevails even after getting a new lab manager. Ive made multiple complaints to Dr. P*** in reference to my bite feeling off, multiple redesign and remakes of prosthesis and night guards from the lab that have gone unaddressed multiple times. Ive received a professional second opinion from another provider. I'm asking for a full refund plus damages as I will now need further treatment and surgery to rectify the issues Nuvia and Dr. P*** in Plano, Tx didn't address. Deceptive, misleading, bait and switch tactic. Mishandling of patient records. I found another patients treatment charted on my records. Unacceptable 100 %Business Response
