      I am a retired veteran after serving in the military for almost 30 years with 25 years being Army Active Duty. I had multiply injuries during combat deployments in the military to include (5) FIVE TBI head concussions while serving in the military. Almost everyone of my TBI head concussions also involved issues with my teeth either being knocked out or broken within my mouth. I have been working with NUVIA DENTAL located in ******************* to get complete full mouth implants done. I have prepaid all of the funds needed the total being $47,600.00 for the complete full dental implants. They scheduled my dental surgery to be Sept.03, ******************************************************************* order to have dental surgery done. But it seems that my ** was not an issue during my evaluation process when they accepted my funds but only since scheduling my dental surgery. I have requested my refund back but nobody from their office will text nor call me referring anything to do with my refund. I would like my funds back even if it means that I lose the amount that they are going to keep for the services that have already been rendered. Please get in touch with me concerning this issue as I never should had prepaid for services before actual receiving the complete dental surgery. I will still try to get in touch with the staff members in order to recover my funds. I will be contacting the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU along with other SOCIAL MEDIA SITES with multiply NEGATIVE REVIEWS until either the services are rendered or my funds are returned back.
