In April 2023 I purchased a Vibee hotel and ticket package for the U2 concert at the Sphere that is to happen this Sunday October 8th. Purchasers were told that they would be given priority seating as part of this very expensive package. Over the summer as the sphere was finishing being built, people became aware of an overhang issue in the 100s section which blocks your view of the sphere screen, which is a major part of this attraction and concert. Vibee told its package customers that those who were seated in the overhang area (rows 30 and above) would be notified that summer by email. The email gave the option of a refund and to purchase tickets for a future date with better seating. People were told that if you did not receive an email your seats were not part of the overhang. I thought I was in the clear as I did not receive an email. I was not told my seat row and numbers until three weeks before the show. During the shows opening weekend, people who attended and sat in my section 109, row 24 provided pictures that clearly included an overhang. With less than a week to go before my show it is too late for me to get a new set of tickets and book a new hotel. I am stuck with this package and with an overhang that I was not made aware of. I contacted Vibee through Twitter DM‘s and they told me that although my seats are part of the overhang that they are good seats and they refuse to change my seats. This entire experience has been stressful. I have been lied to. I have spent a huge amount of money on a once in a lifetime trip to have priority seats to see my favourite band and now I get to sit in the sphere and not even be able to fully experience the screen. It is unacceptable.Initial Complaint

On October 14, 2022 I purchased 2 concert tickets for $81.50 each and one parking pass for $75.00 for the June 5, 2023 Dead & Co. show at The Pavilion at Starlake in Burgettstown, Pa. With all fees, the total sale was $285.50. We were notified by Live Nation on Sunday, June 4 and again on Monday June 5 that the concert was near sold out and to leave early for the show. We left home at approximately 3:15. We live 52 miles from the venue and on a typical day the trip takes approximately 1 hr 15 minutes to get there. On that day, the map app we use estimated that we would arrive at 5:30. We thought we had plenty of time when we left our home in Slippery Rock, PA. There was no traffic control or signs on the highway directing traffic until after we got off the exit from route 22 to route 18 and around the bend. There was a sign off the ramp that indicated that both lanes were to be used, but it was out of sight of highway traffic. We encountered the first Hanover Township police officer at the entrance to the venue. They directed us to a full parking lot. Those vehicles in front of and behind us were forced to make 3 point turns in a packed parking lot, putting all cars and other concert goers at risk. We finally found a Live Nation employee after another driver took down a barrier so we could get out of the full lot. This employee told us to park wherever we could find a spot because the concert had been oversold. We were never provided the $75 parking spot that we paid for. We did not enter the concert until approximately 9:00pm. The concert started at 7:00pm. Not only did we miss out on 2 hours of a concert that we paid for, we missed out on an experience that we do not have a chance at again. I have reached out to Live Nation in an effort to get a refund, even if it is partial. At the very least, we deserve the $75 for parking that was not honored. They have indicated that they would get back to us in 3-5 days. That was on 6/7/23.Initial Complaint

I purchased 4 GA tickets in January 2022 for the WhenWeWereYoung musical festival occurring October 29th 2022. Shortly after purchasing, I discovered I would not be able to attend the event. I reached out to the festival organizer Front Gate Tickets to see what my options were. As the festival date was sold out, I thought selling the tickets should be easy. I asked how I would go about getting my tickets so I could sell them. This is where things began to go downhill... I was told that tickets weren't released yet. I asked if I wanted a refund how I would go about that. I was told to check back in a couple weeks as there was no information on how they would do that either. I checked back in a few weeks and was told to get my tickets, I had to pick them up from will-call at the festival grounds. I informed the customer service agent that it was not a reasonable option as I was from Canada and that normally tickets are delivered electronically or wristband via mail (based on experience with previous festival attendance). The customer service agent told me to check back in a couple weeks as they didn't have any other info. I checked back in a few more weeks and this time I was told that physical wristbands would be issued and I had to wait to receive them in the mail. I waited a few more weeks. When I did not receive the wristbands I reached back out. I was told this time that it was not physical wristbands for my ticket type that it was a digital print pass. I checked my account while on phone with the customer service agent. I was told to check back in a few weeks. That takes us to today. I finally received my digital print passes. I reached back out and was told to contact the festival directly and was given an email to do so. I emailed the festival and was told that as per their policy they could not issue a refund. It's 12 days before the festival, I have no refund and no way to resell the tickets (as their is no official resale option) - this should be illegal.Initial Complaint

I bought two tickets from Ticketmaster. They set the price at a very highest point compared to the face value, when they know they are the only one to have right to sell it. They are really trying to make a huge profits from their customers like us when we don't have other ways to purchase the tickets. As I know the face value for the price was like $300, but they sell then like a $1000 or more per one. So I really want a refund from them. And I tried to talk to them to get a refund, but they just don’t even give me a solution for my case. And they said the price would change due to the market demands, but actually they set it that high because they are the only one to sell them and they could randomly put any price they want. And a lot of people got scam, and try to refund and resale them.
