Misuse of BBB Name and/or Logo
This business has violated BBB's name and logo policy and has falsely stated BBB accreditation (or membership) or referenced BBB's name in an unauthorized manner, despite BBB's efforts to get the business to cease using BBB's trademark. This use of BBB's trademark constitutes trademark infringement and is a violation of trademark rights of the Council of Better Business Bureaus, Inc. On April 14, 2025, the Better Business Bureau challenged the advertising claim found on their website https://ehydronautotrust.com/. The business failed to respond to the BBB. Therefore they did not substantiate, modify or discontinue the claim.

In April 2025, BBB investigated eHydron AutoTrust’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by misuse of the BBB Accredited Business logo, consumer inquiries, and concerns identified during an internet search.
The business claims to operate warehouses in Salt Lake City, UT; Lewisville, TX; and Atlanta, GA; however, no physical addresses are listed on the website. An internet search revealed multiple suspicious review websites (e.g., veteranvehiclevault.com, classiccylindercommunity.com, vintagetorquetalk.com, detroitironden.com), all registered on March 7, 2025—the same date the business domain was created. These review sites feature mixed and seemingly fabricated consumer experiences, with some falsely dated back as far as ten years.

“It felt shady, but I did eventually get the vehicle I ordered.”
