      Paid deposit: $4250.00
      I was told and it’s says so on my invoice that I am buying a LED Sign for my shop. During our initial call and texts, I was told $8500.00 is for EVERYTHING for the sign including the LED lights as well as any permits needed to do the sign and installation.
      Now all of a sudden he is trying to say that the permit is not part of the service but it clearly shows on my receipt that the permits are included.

      Hi There,

      As stipulated on our contract, We as a electrical sign company contractor are responsible for pulling the necessary permits for the signs only,

      For some reason the city was requiring the customer to pull an electrical permit which we are even allowed to do so ( because off our licensed )

      when we informed the client, He was very upset and would not understand that is not our responsibility to procure such a permit, the entire

      project was hold, even though the Sign permit was approved just waiting on electrical permit

       

      Long story short, we were able to persuade the City on not having to have an electrical permit on this since there was a sign there at the same

      spot before and we were going to use the existing electrical 

       

      We did call the customer explain the good news to them but they were still not understanding that we as a Sign Company have nothing to do

      with other City permit requirements, As soon as we got a green light from city, were able to install the sign next day, customer want it wait

      until the sign was fully inspected and approved to make final payment, which they did

       

      we can provide copies of the contract and city communications to support all this
