i had a really bad experience at this establishment. i had an emergency on 1/9/22 and one of the balls fell off my nipple piercing and went down the shower. i come in and pick out jewlery and they said they need their piercer to look at my nipple piercings to make sure they sell me the right size. the piercer checks out my jewlery and then tells me that i can’t use the jewlery i originally picked out because it’s too big, so the piercer directs me to the balls i can buy from them that will fit in my piercings. spent $172 because i came to the professionals and they told me what size jewlery i needed to buy. i come home and the jewlery they sold me won’t fit. i call them and they said all i can do is come in, have them stretch my existing piercings to a bigger size and have to buy new bars and they won’t let me return the jewlery even though it was their mistake in the first place. they also never disclosed to me that it was final sale if i had used the jewlery it would be different but the jewlery i bought didn’t even touch my body, they are ends that only touched a barbell which they wouldn’t even fit into. very unprofessional and unhelpful.
