      I will never step foot in a Nuttall store again. The ****** store is absolutely toxic. The people who work there are so unfriendly and grumpy. Do yourself a favor shop somewhere else there are other choices in *********, other than this toxic and unfriendly cesspool of shopping choices.

      I can't say enough about the unprofessional work ethic of the Pleasant Grove grove store. Today at 9 am they should be hosting a block of the month class. No one is here. The same thing happened with an embroidery class last month. 6 of us showed up to a class that we called and confirmed would be happening and the instructor forgot to show up. While I love my machine I bought it was over priced and the free classes they offer with purchase are over inflated in value. The customer service is not great. It took two weeks to get a knob replaced that broke 14 days after I bought my machine. They would not let me keep the machine while they ordered the knob. Then I took my machine in for paid service several months later and they did not reset the stitch count. If you have other options of stores to shop at I would recommend avoiding Nuttalls in Pleasant Grove.
