  As someone who ordered from them, don't do it. Almost didn't get it in time for the wedding and I had ordered almost a year in advance, now 2 years later, it needs fixed. For context, he wears it when we go out which isn't often at all because we're introverts. I wear my rings from a local jeweler every day and only take them off to cook, clean, or shower and they're in better shape than his. Ring looks good initially but isn't worth the horrible customer service and won't hold up over time. His ring is a discontinued Damascus steel and glowdust style ring. Currently struggling to contact them about the protection plan I spent $119 on but noticed other people getting ignored that had requested repair. I decided to make comments on their posts in hopes they'd reply but my comments were getting deleted.

  I purchased a titanium glowstone ring with glowstone enhancement and an engraving text and EXPEDITED processing and shipping. I waited 6 weeks before finally getting the tracking information and getting the ring. When I opened the box, the ring was missing the text and it DOES NOT glow AT ALL! I am EXTREMELY Disappointed in this company and would not recommend it to anyone wanting something centimental let alone for their wedding. I hope that this company will respond to my review and help resolve this issue, because this is ridiculous. I paid well over the base price and extra for multiple things that aren't even on the finished product.

  We ordered a ring for my fiance April 22 with the expected ship date two weeks later. It is now June ********************************************************* shipped despite numerous emails with the company where they promise to ship it in an expected time frame, and the time frame comes and goes with no progress. I have asked for 3 weeks for a refund and they ignore my attempts to recoup my losses. I have had to now go through the fraud department at my bank to try to get my money returned and the company has gone radio silent. Do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER order from these people no matter the deals they promise!

  They sent the wrong style ring! And the equal value mystery gift is still a mystery as to how is worth even close to what the ring is. Its not. A pendant that looks like a gray piece of rock isnt equal value. I guess they think we are stupid. If they do the right thing and either refund me or get me the correct ring Ill change this review, but the way it stands, Im not a happy camper or customer and I will be putting in a dispute with affirm.

  My experience with Patrick Adair Designs has been deeply frustrating, marked by poor communication, misinformation, and a lack of professionalism.I placed my order on March 14, 2025, and on April 4, 2025, I reached out to ask if I could switch the free ring that was included in my purchase. On April 15th, I received a reply stating that the rings were already in production and could not be changed which I understood. I was also told that my order was expected to ship by the end of April.That deadline passed with no communication. On May 6, 2025, I reached out again for an update on my order. The next day, May 7, I received a response informing me that the ring I had ordered was now unavailable due to a material shortage nearly two months after placing the order and several weeks after being told the item was already being ******* add to the disappointment, this email addressing the delay and item unavailability referred to me by the wrong name ***** instead of my actual name, *******. This mistake, combined with the conflicting updates, made it clear that my order had not been handled with proper attention or accuracy.I have since requested a full refund and am awaiting confirmation that the correct order under my name is being refunded.While I understand that delays and supply issues can happen, the lack of transparency and inconsistent information from Patrick Adair Designs has eroded my trust entirely. If I had been given accurate information from the start, I could have made different decisions. Instead, I waited nearly two months for an item that I now know was never actually in production.I do not recommend this company based on my experience, and I hope they make improvements in both their customer communication and order fulfillment process.

  I ordered a ring on 12/24/24 and it was supposed to be delivered in 6-8 weeks. I never received any communication from them other than the first confirmation email. The total ended up being $1194. It has now been 16 weeks and no ring. They do not respond to emails in a timely manner. I ended up opening a dispute with my bank. They told the bank that they delivered the ring which is absolutely a lie. Terrible customer service. Do not order from this company. After speaking to my bank again they are continuing with the charge back.

  Ordered my fianc's ring from Patrick Adair during the 2024 Black Friday sale. It was the "Solid Diamond Glowstone Ring" w/ an engraving & premium protection plan. W/ this, we got a free ring & a $25 silicone band. We had my fianc sized locally, so we already knew the size. We ordered that day & did not receive our order until end of Jan. 2025. The ring that arrived looked nothing like the pic online & was far too small. The pic shows a beautifully compact inlay w/ tons of diamonds imperfectly packed tightly together. The description states "Each ring has roughly 300 pieces of diamonds placed throughout the inlay." The ring received looked like something from a gumball machine. It had maybe 30 whole "diamonds" total, laid out in 2 straight rows wrapping around the ring. There were large gaps between the diamonds as they did not fit perfectly either.We tried contacting customer service. Their phone# has been taken off the website stating: "Phone Support: Our Phone Support Line is currently experiencing issues." If you track down the # elsewhere it doesn't ring, just goes to dead air. So, we emailed instead. I emailed 1/20. No response. Then followed up 1/22 & got a response telling me not to send anymore emails b/c it pushes my ticket to the back of the line. I finally got a response on 1/24 saying they can fix/resize & provided a label. We sent the rings back. I had to reach out & confirm they received it. They had it for a ********** got it back beginning of March. It's worse. Now the inlay still had large gaps w/ broken & whole diamonds & still didn't fit. I reached out 3/6 & said we want a refund. They took until 3/18 to respond. Told us send the ring back w/ no confirmation we'd receive a refund & no label provided. We waited until 3/23 to receive confirmation we'd receive a full refund. The product looks nothing like what's on their site, they're overpriced, their customer service is slow & lacks compassion, it's not worth it. Shop ANYWHERE else.

  I absolutely love my ring, it was delivered in the time frame that was advertised. The size is perfect and it looks AWESOME!!! It glows all night long. I have gotten many compliments on it. I contacted them by email and they were very responsive. I have NO complaints at all with Patrick Adair, their service or their product.

  I have ordered 4 orders from them starting in Dec 9th 2024, I rcvd those rings in ******* and had to return them. Returned via **** with signature required and they are now saying that I never returned the product. I have never been able to speak with anyone on the phone and I get a response to maybe every 5th email. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURNS!!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. The second two orders I still have not rcvd and cannot GET AN UPDATE VIA EMAIL AT ALL!!!!!!!!!! NO UPDATE ON THE ORDER OR ETA OF WHEN IT WILL BE DELIEVERED --- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE A FEW COMPANIES THAT SELL RINGS LIKE THIS
