  DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, THEY ARE A ************* Theres a reason why multiple credit card companies and banks will flag THIS COMPANY SPECIFICALLY for fraudulent transactions. Why? Because the only way to get your money back from them is to open a dispute with your bank! Otherwise you will be spending hundreds to thousands of dollars for a ring that will either NEVER ARRIVE AT ALL (in my case, after 5 months of patiently waiting it never shipped) or it will be something entirely different! I cannot even begin to fathom how they have lasted this long but dont let the pretty ads fool you this person/company is a scam through and through and they are also purchasing fake positive reviews on other sites!

  They lie about delivery times, they don't even care enough to talk to you in person when you have an issue with the ring that takes forever to get to you, and then they don't believe your issue. I had to film a video of my ring and the issue i have for them to finally reply as a person, and they didn't even apologize or offer any kind of consolation discount. I am thoroughly irritated.

  I ordered a ring for my husband on October 30, 2024. I have yet to receive it and they have charged my card additional money that I was not made aware of. They should be put out of business.

  I ordered and paid for one ring and they were having a buy one get one free deal. The ring I paid for came and it fit and looked like I expected. However, the free ring is not even close to the pictures that they provide. When I emailed them and advised I was not pleased with the ring as it was not what they advertised on their website all I got was, "Well it was free!" They did offer to make another ring out of the same material. But I don't want a ring that is black as it is supposed to have red designs running through out. Unless you are in extremely bright light shining right on the ring you can't see it at all. Very unhappy with their responses via email.

  I ordered an opal ring from Patrick Adair designs, and it did not look like the ring on the website at all. It took forever to arrive and when it did it was cloudy and rough. I send the ring back and got THE EXACT SAME RING back 8 weeks later. It looks like cheap plastic and in no way reflects the price (+600). I also ordered two necklaces and they were VERY disappointing.

  My partner and I ordered 2 rings from Patrick Adair Designs. The first part of our bad experience has to do with their customer service. Their customer service is horrific. We ordered our rings at the end of March 24 and didn't receive these until the beginning of July 24. The first delay was because they sent the ring sizer in an envelope, but they forgot to actually put the ring sizer in the envelope. Once we received the ring sizer, and emailed through our sizes, we waited a month. I emailed them a month later and ***** said they are still waiting for our ring sizes, which I emailed to ***** a month prior. They did give us a discount on the engraving for their s**** up. Once we received the rings, we were shocked with the poor quality of these rings. Didn't look like the photo and it looked like a grade school kid made the ring. People, these rings are of very POOR quality and I highly recommend buying your rings from some other reputable vendor. Don't waste your money!!!

  VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF A RING THAT I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR ($800). I PURCHASED A WHITE MARBLE RING FOR MY WEDDING. IT BARELY CAME IN UNDER THE FULL 8 WEEK **** AND WAS HIDEOUS ONCE IT ARRIVED. IT WAS ENORMOUS AND DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE ADVERTISED PICTURES AT ALL..... I HAD NO TIME LEFT TO RETURN EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED MONTHS AHEAD OF TIME. I WORE IT TO WEDING AND ABOUT A WEEK AFTER IT BROKE, CHIPPING OFF OVER HALF THE RINGS STONE?? THE REST OF RING CRUMBLED APART SHORTLY AFTER. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE COMPANY BESIDES E-MAIL. THEY DO NOT RESPOND AND IF THEY DO ITS MORE ADVERTISEMENTS AND NO ANSWERS TO MY COMPLAINTS. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK AND THEY CAN HAVE THIS CRAPPY RING BACK. SAD THAT COMPANIES LIKE THIS EVEN EXIST!! HOPE THIS SAVES SOMEONES ELSE A HUGE HEADACHE!!

  We ordered a custom ring from Patrick Adair and it is absolutely nothing like what we expected based on photos of other rings from their website. It looks hideously cheap and only has a few gold flakes and meteorite pieces and is a very lime green color that looks nothing like the green glow stone they advertise. $400 completely wasted - it looks and feels like a cheap plastic ring you would win as a prize at ************** Cheese. I have never felt so ripped off and scammed by an online order and genuinely am not sure this is a legitimate business.

  I agree with the many comments that this company is horrible and their customer service is absolutely pathetic. They have nice ads and a nice website, but they are outkicking their coverage in terms of delivery. You might be able to get a nice looking off-the-shelf product, if you know your size, but that is as far as I would trust them. I ordered one of their ash imbued rings. I got the chintzey sizer and an unmarked vial with no instructions. When I have ordered rings from other companies, they have sent individual plastic band sizers, not the little measuring band. No surprise the ring was too tight upon receipt. They said they could resize it for $60. I sent it in and then they said they couldn't resize it. Instead of learning my ******* I paid the discounted amount for a second ring and sent in a second ash sample, after getting my own sizing kit off Amazon. I also asked that the first ring be returned. Even though it didn't fit, it contained--THEORETICALLY--my father's ashes so I wanted to keep it. After weeks of waiting, I contacted them about the return and second order, AND THEY SAID THEY COULD FIND NEITHER THE ORIGNAL BAND, NOR THE SECOND ASH SAMPLE. After providing tracking info, they claim to have found the ashes, but I wonder. Now I am still waiting on the second band. They refunded the resizing fee, BUT THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ONE OF THE RING CHARGES. EVEN THOUGH THEY LOST THE RING!!! If you place any value in your loved one's remains, I would never, ever trust this company to deal with them. They seem like a really ***** **** outfit...very disorganized and unprofessional They are not interested in pleasing their customers or even treating them with decency. AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!!!!

  I purchased a special that they offered after I ordered 2 rings already. I should have suspected more when the two previous rings had not been delivered. I contacted them as many on here stated and they said delays. They delivered 1 ring, and the other has yet to be delivered and we are now at 6 weeks and no word. Understandable. However, the received ring is not that of a ring that stands out and people ask about or that I want to talk about. Now the biggest issue. I purchased a mystery ring and received that in about 3 weeks. The ring appears to be a ring that was in a drawer or returned and buffed a bit to appear acceptable. I asked and they said its titanium and glow stone base that doesn't glow. This ring is highly magnetic, and I did not think titanium was. Looks like a cheap ring that they did a clearing of the junk laying around. Very sad about my waste of money with this company. DO NOT BUY, they are horrible customer service and quality is not something I would want to advertise. I purchase rings from 2 other companies, and I know they are not really custom, but they are pieces I can talk about. They look really nice, paid half the price as what I paid Patrick Adair designs. SO SAD!
