      I get a txt message thanking me for choosing their facility. If I have any questions reply to the txt message. I had a question and so I typed it. I never received a response.

      Excellent service department exceeds all expectations! A loaner vehicle was not available, so I was driven to work and back in a timely manner. My Lexus and I are happy ??

      I could go to another Honda dealership that’s closer but I choose to go all the way to cathedral city at Honda of the Desert because they’re honest and friendly. Thank you Sergio C. for being so consistent in his communication process and service. I wish I could go thank the service techs in the back as well for all the work they’ve been doing to keep our cars running through this 100+ degree weather.
