      I took my vehicle in for a scheduled oil change. I ask for a window seal to be fixed. I pick up my vehicle after they called to say it was ready.They window seal was not repaired. They ignored it and told me they usually charge for that. I know this. I asked for it to be fixed and they didn't bother to tell me how much it would cost to fix it. They have terrible customer service and act like they don't care.I'm done taking my vehicle to Toyota Culver City.

      Took my car in for the seatbelt recall. Didnt have the parts that day but let me leave the car over night. Got a call to pick it up next morning. Painless

      ****** is the best. *** had everything from catalytic converters stolen to the tiniest of technical problems and he takes everything I say seriously. He is a great communicator and its clear he loves his job.

      The service I received was quick, efficient and professional. Honda used texting to update me with the status of the work that was being done on my car, including a video of the technician showing the underside of my car while explaining to me what he had done to repair it. I’ve owned the car for 6 years but had never before seen its underside. It was very impressive and helpful, and excellent use of technology.

      Great service and professionalism. They were super quick servicing the vehicle I thought I would have spent about 2 or more hrs. Everything was done in about 1 hr.
