      H of the D has provided excellent service for me for the last 20 years. I always feel they are upfront about needed maintenance and services. H of the D is a big part of why I have been loyal to the Honda product line. Well done!

      I had an appt at 3:00pm at Culver City Toyota for an *********************** maintenance to my car on 4/29/23, I arrived 3:09pm there were no service attendants on site to check me in. I sat waiting to see if some would come out to say how may I help you, but I never happened, guys were walking by but acknowledged me. So I asked someone are you still servicing cars today? he replied yes! he asked me do you have an appointment? I replied yes someone will be with you shortly but no one came to assist. I called to another guy walking by to him I had been waiting 20 mins and no has checked me in, so placed a yellow cone on the hood of my car still no one came to help. Several cars that were behind just left. I thought about leaving because I was just ignored and never acknowledged. I never experienced this before at this service center, the reason I did not leave was because I am driving to ******************* next weekend. I said this is enough so I went and inside and spoke with some in the office to get assistance the African American gentleman wrote on my work order and called an Uber for me get home.I dont know what the problem was but I had a very bad experience staff was very unprofessional, it appeared as if the were already off work and not seeing anymore customers but the service center was still open.With this type of unprofessional service I wondering if my car was serviced properly because I got the as someone was not doing their job and Im feeling reluctant to return to this center. The men in the service center checking customers on 4/29/23 needs to be reported they failed to do their job.There were several unhappy customers!

      I purchased a 2023 Ram 1500 Laramie from this dealership in early March. In which I traveled 6 hours round trip to purchase. They never filed my paper work with the bank. I was unable to pay due to not having an account. They only realized this when I called to ask about account info. They then said they would overnight new docs over a month after purchase with a new temp tag. The overnight took nearly two weeks with no tag. My tag is now expired and I every time I ask to speak with a finance manager or manager I get forwarded to a voicemail service. I have been leaving messages for a week with no return phone call. They were very quick to take my money however the back side support from this dealership is subpar at best. At this point two months later I still don’t know account info and can no longer legally drive my vehicle. 0 out of 10 do not recommend. Take your money elsewhere to a professional dealership.
