      Excellent service, but for me, showing the video did not answer the questions I originally came in with? It was a one way communication. I still needed to go back to the desk and re ask my questions.

      I took my 2020 CR-V in for an oil change and tire rotation. They got me in right away even without an appointment. The service tech was very friendly and professional. I had some missing clips/screws on the splash guard and they replaced them at no charge. They did a full inspection report and went over the findings but never pressured me to have the additional services done through them (tire replacement, alignment). While I was waiting for my car, I decided to look at the newer models. The sales associate that helped me was friendly,knowledgeable and patient. Eventhough he knew I wasn't going to be purchasing a car, he never made it feel like I was wasting his time. I would recommend this dealership for both their sales and service departments.

      I had an AC in my Honda Civic, I made an appointment and Honda took me in right away. They kept me informed about everything that was going on, they even sent me a video of the work they had done. I appreciated that kept me up to date on what was going on with me car, my service manager Sergio was quick to respond to anything I needed. Customer service was great. I got my civic back when promised and my AC is running great. Thanks so much!

      We dealth with ****** when I bought the Rav4. It was a painless experienced, better than we imagined. He was calm, mellow & was not pushy at all.

      This was my first experience with Culver City Honda. I was referred a family member who raved of the great customer service and staff so when I purchased my first 2020 pre-owned Honda CRV, by the way I LOVE!! I was bound to go. From the drive up to the entrance to the check-in point was acknowledged with a great greeting and point of direction to the starting process. Everyone was friendly and very respectful, which is key to great customer service. ***** who checked me in was very helpful and ***** who processed my car was helpful in providing all the information i needed on getting my oil changed and checking for recalls I was concerned about when I checked my vin# on my vehicle. Only thing I had a problem with was getting the wrong information that I had recalls that werent involving my vehicle on the website. I guess I put in the wrong car type! But, nevertheless, my car was ready in a decent time and I was well informed by text messages when it was ready for pickup. Great communication throughout and this dealership will be the place my car will continue to use. Thank you!! ..Honda to for living up to your commercials and people who you have representing your name..Respectfully Proud New owner *************************** ??????
