Purchased a used **** Bronco from them with only ***** miles on it. 6 months later we find out they sold it with control arms that couldn't handle the lift they sold it with. In the meantime we had them do an oil change and asked for the tires to be rotated and aligned. Apparently that never happened as you'll see later in the story. The result was completely destroying the new tires that were on it when we purchased it. When we took it in we thought it was simply an alignment issue. They said it wasn't but was the control arms. They wanted to charge us for the upgraded control arms. We had to contact a lawyer before they agreed to help us out. They had our vehicle for over 1 week to replace the control arms. When we went to pick it up they said it was also severely out of alignment. We are still on the hook to replace the tires. They are the worst dealership I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Something should be done about them. I wish zero stars was possible.

This dealership should be illegal. They are the worst dealership in the whole state. Deceptive, unprofessional, and a bunch of liars. Here is my experience with them:The salesman said the car I was interested in had arrived that same day so it hadn't been detailed or prepared for sale which made me question why they already listed the car if they didn't even have it prepared to sell. I test drove the car and enjoyed it so we did the initial paperwork for the car. They had my girlfriend and I waiting 2 AND A HALF HOURS for the finance staff. My girlfriend talked to a manager and while she was asking him about the status of the financing, the manager rudely cuts her off and ignores the rest of her question and tries to change subject. Insanely disrespectful. We finally speak with *******, the finance representative, and he only provides us with the cover pages of the contract (20 pages) stating he'll give the rest to us after we sign the paperwork. This is ILLEGAL. We came to find out that *******:1) Did not include the battery in the warranty like we had discussed 2) "Forgot" to opt me out of the dealer's GAP fee payments (over $400). Good thing my girlfriend called him out on that and we got it removed. We finally finished the paperwork and got in the car and there was TRASH (Including a disgusting eaten lollipop stick) in the door compartment of the car that had just come back from "detailing". Not only that but the car was only at a 12% charge!! Forcing me to stop at a charging station on the way home until 1 am. This experience alone should be enough to convince anybody from doing business with them and here's a couple more if it's still not clear:-They accused me of refusing to pay the down payment when I asked for all of the car paperwork before paying the down payment. -Didn't send the *** the paperwork until over 6 weeks after the down payment was made.-To this day (2 months later) they have not written me a $250 check they owe me.

Can I do 0 stars? Would NOT recommend using Tim Dahle Infinity, especially for used cars. If you do, you better line up your mechanic the day you get that car to check it out! It's sad their business practice for vetting cars they sell is so bottom-of-the-barrel that it allows them to ripe folks off and stick customers w/paying thousands more just to make the car functional. "oh, yea" they say, "its a great car, nothing wrong with it". OK, Tim Dahle, I'll go put $5k more into this 2012 buick enclave so I can make it to Walmart. For those who work here, you better think twice if your ok with it being your face as representation to practices that screw people out of thousands. Oofta!

Purchased a used Toyota Tacoma 2020, I excepted how it looked but the interior was covered in dog hair and the under carriage was full of dried mud. I still Purchased the vehicle, the problem I have is getting the spare key that comes with every vehicle. I was told the staff will find it for me and ship it to my home address, I eventually called and was told there is no spare key, I asked for the $300 replacement key to be removed from my purchase price, but was told that is not possible. I ended up taking my tacoma to a toyota dealership and purchasing a $300 dollar spare key...I sure hope my forever warranty isn't this difficult if I have any power train problems.
