I was dealing with copper stains in my inground pool and after doing some research online and looking for products I saw this company Pool Stain Removers. I gave them a call and spoke to **** about my problem he explained everything about his product and how to do it. So I went ahead and ordered the treatment so I went ahead and poured everything as the instructions said and I gave **** a few text and let me tell you he answered every single one with any questions I had i wanna thank **** for everything and his product works great. I have a 6 yr old aggregate pool with a gas-fired spa heater. The tubing in the heater failed adding copper to the pool water that mixed with the chlorine and left a very stubborn black stain throughout most of the pool. The pool company recommended a product that would identify the source of the stain. We did, clearly identified the stain as copper, and bought the appropriate stain removal chemicals from the same company.That process was not inexpensive, required a specific water balance before adding the chemicals, and required that the circulation pump be run at full capacity 24/7 for a week. Stain removal, if at all, was minimal. Their "stain expert" attributed that to the starting balance, and we did it again. I found a product that claimed to "prevent" copper stains and started using it to keep the stain from getting worse. The pool company said I would need to drain the pool and acid wash the walls, losing all the mosaics and costing about $7k.I decided to give Pool Stain Removers a chance. I swapped email with the owner and, based on his opinion that their product would work, purchased a kit. PSR's process is amazingly simple and didn't require that the circulation pump would run up my electric bill. The chemicals went in 5 days ago, the copper stain is nearly gone and there is less in there each day. I wish I had started here instead of listening to the pool company. *** is easy to work with, their product doesn't require a degree in chemistry and works, and is less expensive to boot. I cannot recommend them highly enough.Pool Stain Removers, LLC

Had a company resurface our pool and within the first month started to see staining that progressively got worse. The company that resurfaced our pool did nothing about it. We tried everything and nothing was working. Then we found ****. These products are like magic! It is the only product that worked. Pool looks brand new like it should. **** is always available by phone or email and very knowledgeable and responsive. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Pool Stain Removers, LLC

black on my pool bottom was thought to be black algae by local pool service.. Treatment for that didn't work. Then thoughts were maybe metal stains. treatment for that didn't work. I then ordered the product through Pool Stain Removers. It took about 7 weeks of clearing to give me a clean blue pool bottom. It looks great. ***, ***** *****, the company president was very customer service oriented, as he promptly replied to my e-mail questions and concerns with suggestions and encouragement.Pool Stain Removers, LLC

**** at Pool Stain Removers is the best. He picks up whenever you call, takes the time to give step by step instructions on how to use this product and, best of all, IT WORKS!!! We lost our home to Hurricane ***. Our pool survived but was full of really bad rust stains from new construction nails that fell in the pool. Every pool company we asked said the only option was to resurface the pool. But then, we came across Pool Stain Removers and, after talking to ****, decided to give it a try. The Pool Stain Removers, **** product actually worked! We were skeptical because the company (correctly) identified the staining on our pool only by using photos we sent. We had (before purchasing the product) tried a 5-test magic stain identification product that was very hard to use and didnt give us any information on our type of stain. After that attempt, we hired a pool service company to possibly identify what we could do for our stain but although the service provider did several tests, he did not identify our problem and offered no solution. We were pleasantly surprised how easy the Pool Stain Remover process was and that the product worked so well. We have just ordered a maintenance dose for when we reopen our pool in the spring.Pool Stain Removers, LLC
