  On August 28th 2023 we hired Nathan N***** and his company "Yourconstruction Home" to excavate our driveway and RV pad. They required 50% down before they started on the project, and we gave him $21800 approx. with the remaining payment to be paid at pour.
  
  When they started excavating, they would drop boulders and big chunks of cement onto our rock retention wall. It was a good 6-9 ft drop, and we voiced our concerns and they said that they've done this before, and that rocks are very hard. We trusted them, and then still questioned it after the cement and boulders were on our retention wall for over a week.
  
  Along with this, we decided to install piping for a heated driveway, we would install and buy all of the materials for this. Because Jed was going to install pex lines he was very knowledgable on depthness and slopes.
  
  They had to come 3 times to go down to the 5 inches, in those 3 times they broke our sprinkler water lines, they tore our internet, they tore our electric sprinkler lines and took out drains.
  
  They would say they were ready for us to install the pex lines, and Jed was seeing that everything was at a 2 inches to 3 inches. Along with the ground not having enough road base, not compacted, they forgot the vapor barrier, they didn't check the sprinkler lines or fix the broken pipe, that Jed had to go buy for them to fix, and they also weren't going to install drain tubes, and Jed went and bought that too.
  
  We finally let them go when they said they would fix the retention wall, and then wouldn't take any responsibility of the wall, and wouldn't fix the boulder they said they would fix. Now we are out thousands of dollars, no driveway , a broken retention wall, and winter is coming that its going to be hard to pour concrete! In the documents there is a detailed summary of everything, along with officials and professionals with their reports. This man shouldn't be allowed to do construction, he is a con artist, and we are left holding the bag.

  I’m sorry you feel this way. You can go through my reviews and see all the positive comments and testimonies people have left for my company and my workers. With you constantly changing what you wanted and then YOU deciding to do your own heated driveway that was not in our agreement. Because of this, numerous delays both from your changes and also the weather a 1-2 week job turned into a month. I did my best to get this job done correctly but because of your actions we were unable to do that. It is very unfortunate you didn’t let us finish as this job would have been perfect.
