      Untrustworthy business practices. Operates under two names that are other businesses so you are unable to leave a review. They are a sponsored advertising but it is very different to find reviews. They do not seem to have a physical location, and are not in the *** system. They charged me a ridiculous amount for labor and insisted they told me the price, which they did not. I would not recommend them and would like to warn others about their shady practices.

      Called this locksmith since they were close and I thought they would be fast. Also the reviews seemed high. Called at 12:37. They guy kept getting lost over and over and I had to keep texting him the address of the location. This was at about 1:15. Even sent locations of near by places and buildings. Do you not understand how ****** maps work? They showed up at finally at 1:31.He told me it would be $49 for the service fee. If he had to do something additional it would be $200 and if he had to do something even more and he warned me it could bend or break the door it would be and additional $250. The guy used 2 air wedge bags and a long stick to unlock the door. Took him ***** minutes and he charged me the full amount!! $499!!!I couldn't quite understand what I was getting into or what he was saying because of his bad English. Which isn't the problem, but it was hard to understand him and I think he took advantage of it and the situation and overcharged me. Then he didn't have card swipe, which I think they should of said something ahead of time. I told him I could do venmo. He didn't seem to want to do that at first. Wanted to do Zelle, which I don't have. Also wanted the name of my bank. Finally he was able to do venmo, which really didn't take him that long to get up.I'm severely disappointed in myself for not asking more information. He kind of would give up when I asked questions as well and I didn't understand.Don't be like me and get swindled and pay too much. Get a quote from them first and or shop around. It *****, I know. But I really do thing they take advantage.
