      Hi, my first concern is the lack of customer service to support this product. This is an expensive purchase and investment and one not made lightly. I have questions regarding cap size, associated vitamins and the amount charged in my credit card. After countless phone calls, messages, and emails I have lost confidence with this company and hence the claims made by them. I have never in my experience as a consumer had this much difficulty reaching customer support. I just need someone to call me do that I can have my questions answered. I see that many others have also voiced similar complaints. This type of poor consumer support is damaging to their credibility and causes great frustration for the client especially given the nature of this purchase. Help!

      We determined that there were 2 responses to the client that had a typographical error in the email address.  Therefore, she did not receive these 2 messages.

      However, we at Kiierr pride ourselves on customer service and we are working diligently to eliminate such communication errors and have made immediate changes as a result of this situation.

      We have reached out to this important client by phone and have had several text conversations to ensure satisfaction of her questions and concerns.

      We followed through with all known requests regarding product, product charges and promised credits to the client's account.

       

      We will continue to stay in proactive contact with **** and hope that **** is satisfied with our commitment to her.

      I purchased a ****Cleared Kiierr Laser Cap System for Hair Growth. FREE 2-Day Shipping! - Kiierr272Premier Laser Cap $875 les $90 discount, order number #***** on May 30, 2022. The product has a 2 year warranty and failed on September 28, 2022 I tried order a battery replacement at my cost of $99. but that did not fix the problem. Kiierr will not return phone calls or emails and it has been over two weeks, I have tried to contact them multiple times,I would like a refund for the intial purchase of $875-$90= $785, plus a refund for the battery 0f $99 for a total refund of $884.

      The client contacted us through chat on the 16th.  We had no prior written communications or phone messages to respond to.  We sent the client a template to reset his battery on the 17th and have not yet received a response from him.  As per our policy, we do not allow product returns outside of our Growth Guarantee.  However, if the product is not working, we will send him a return label to send the laser cap back for service, repair or replacement.  The client will be notified that this is our next step to remedy his performance situation.

      I got your response after several weeks of you not responding only when I filed a complaint with the BBB. Your **************** is terrible; you do not answer emails, you do not answer phones and you do not response to voice messages.
      .
      You did not send me a return label as you stated and I guess I am stuck with the extra batter I bought for $99 because you do no refunds.



      None of your trouble shooting worked , but I did eventually resolve the problem myself.  But Kierrr **************** is so pompous and arrogant I am not going to tell you what I found was wrong and how i fixed it.


      Your 2 years guarantee is basically worthless in my opinion.

      THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM THAT DOES NOT DELIVER THE ADVERTISED BENEFITS. THEIR RETURN POLICY IS A SETUP FOR FAILURE FOR THE CONSUMER. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!@!

      We allow returns under our Growth Guarantee policy. One would use the cap for a full 7 months & if they dont see results, they can return it. We do requre that all customers register their device in the first 45 days with a before picture to be eligible. If they have done this and contact our refund department within the return window, they can retutn their device. Unfortunately this customer did not register their device and were therefore ineligible for the growth guarantee return.
