      We were hesitant to purchase a Kiierr cap, but Im SO glad we did! Were 2 months in and our hair is growing back thicker and stronger than before. Weve also had nothing but good experiences with the Kiierr customer service agents. Definitely rate this a 5 star!!

      After they had my return 10 days (yes yes website specifies they can take 14 after they receive the return. ) and I had not heard back after 10 days. I tried to call the number: "Press 2 for returns , replacement parts, or user questions"SO... I PRESSED 2 "WE ARE CURRENTLY SHORT STAFFED AND CANNOT TAKE YOUR CALL. PLESE REFER TO OUR WEBSITE FOR ASSISTANCE"When I was buying the thing for $600... they took my call right away.25% restocking fee. I could not get my $50 for the extended warranty back, and I had to pay $25 for return shipping. AND NO WAY TO SPEAK TO ANYONE.What a badly run company. Kiierr, you ought to be ashamed

      This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It began with a simple question, "Can I stop the beeping?" The caps have very loud reminder beeps that cause me to jump every time I hear it. Not to mention, it's hard to use in a place where the walls are thin. What came of this was literally months of confusing communication, buying an upgrade that did not fulfill the requirements I initially asked for (because they didnt read my email carefully), being sent the wrong cap and 3 more weeks of confusing communication just trying to get my refund for the cap they never even sent me. This place is a dumpster fire. There are plenty of other places to buy laser caps, I encourage you to go anywhere else!
