I came to the Ninja Kidz Trampoline Park in *********** for my daughters birthday. I didn't purchase the outrageous $400 party package because it doesn't come with enough perks. You only get 1-1.5 jump and table time, a cheap party setup and the option to bring your own food. The place is overall nice, they really did utilize the building space to the *** to allow lots of things for the kids to do, ill give them that. Upon entry I was told I had to pay $50 fee for bringing in a cake and I asked the front desk employee about my balloons, I was told it was ok. I found me a table, cleaned it and set up my party. The area was dirty, no staff was walking around sweeping, sanitizing the tables after each use or emptying the trash. I was later approached and told I had to take my decor down that it wasn't allowed and was asked did I pay for my cake being there. I asked about the cleaning services and was told they don't arrive until 3:30. After further debate, I ended up keeping my decorations up and proceeded with my party. Later I found the manager **** hoping to speak with him about some things and he was flat out RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, DISMISSIVE and DOWNRIGHT DEGRADING overhearing him speaking to his staff. He literally fanned me away and turned his back to me. I asked for corporate number and his name and he refused to give it to me stating HE DIDNT HAVE TO. I tried to speak with him initially before taking this step but I feel something needs to be done. There needs to be better organization, customer service and multiple people doing spot cleaning. There was not enough space for the kids to put or hang coats or put their shoes nor is it enough tables for people who want to buy food and sit and eat. Again the place was nice, my daughter enjoyed her birthday and being that I live in ******* it was convenient to travel. I arrived at 1pm my children began playing, guest arrived around 2 and we stayed until 5:30ish, in total I spent around $600, $40/all day play.
