      ABSOLUTELY AWFUL DO NOT PURCHASE. The quality of the sheets and comforters are terrible. **************** is even worse. I purchased sets for two beds in my home.. Immediately upon arrival, there was a rip in one of the comforters. I was offered $20 to cover the "sewing costs." I attempted to speak with customer service on multiple occasions, and it simply got worse each time. Such a waste of time and money.Even their pillows are a rip off. I had to put two pillows in to one pillowcase just to make it feel like a pillow.Worst experience I have ever had and cannot believe I spent so much money on such an awful brand. YOU WILL FIND BETTER ON TEMU. If I could give zero stars, I would.

      We are so sorry you are not happy with your items. Our feather pillow inserts are not meant to fit in a pillowcase. They are meant for our decorative pillow covers and a medium feather pillow insert would definitely not fill out a pillowcase. They are perfect for our medium pillow covers and look so plump and full in those. Beddy's truly cares about our Customers and tries to offer several options when there are issues with an item. We are so sorry that you are no longer happy with the resolution you chose.

      This company has poor quality sheets and bad customer service. They only give ************************************************************************************* return. My mother ordered this set and was out of town when it arrived. When she returned, we saw that the bedding in person looked like a much different color from online. Online it was depicted as light blue and when it arrived, it was grey...my daughter did not want grey bedding and I agreed it was not as shown online. My mom contacted customer service and they refused to help at all since it was outside of the measly 14 day window, even though it was still unused and intact and all we wanted was an exchange, not a refund. Their customer service is abysmal. All they say it that there's absolutely nothing they can do, and that I should try to resell it. It's laughable. As long as they don't care about customer satisfaction, they will continue to be dragged online. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. If anything is wrong, even holes (which are common to occur in this brand) you're ****** They literally don't care.

      We are so sorry we were not able to process a return for your item. We do make exceptions to our 14 day return window when we can verify items have not been removed from the packaging. We want our Customers to try out their Beddy's and make sure they will work, but limit this time to 14 days. Beyond that, we require that the product has not been removed from the packaging so that we can put the item back into our inventory.
