In April, 2023, BBB investigated CruiseBuilder’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by a large volume of complaints alleging that vacations are being canceled without notice or refunds, and that consumers are unable to reach the company. These complaints are currently pending as BBB is waiting for the business's response. BBB confirmed that the physical location has been closed as the business claims to have moved to a virtual office. A check of the website revealed that content has been removed for maintenance. Further, BBB also attempted to contact CruiseBuilder by calling the number previously listed on their website. BBB was able to leave a message but have not heard back as of 4/13/2023. On 4/27/2023, BBB discovered that the phone number listed in our files was disconnected.
