      Scam artists! Be cautious when using this service. I called for a refund because 1 room I had booked was infested with bed bugs and I could not use, also, I had booked a king room but when I arrived, the Comfort Inn stated they had no king **** so I was downgraded to queen. I just asked for the money back for difference in room price and refund for the room I could not use, no response as of yet. They want me to provide name of person working the desk, I told them that they should investigate. Bad way to do business. Will not use again. Also, I am filing a police report for theft and wire fraud. You can't charge for a service and not have that service fulfilled and offer no refund or compensation.

      This company from the beginning of booking this hotel room was ******* me to hurry book the room because they say it was going up in price by the minutes which was a lie... then they misspelled my name after I've repeatedly told the agent over and over how to spell my name...my address was also put in wrong...once I got the reservation in my email and noticed all this was wrong I called back so they could fix it and was put on hold for over an hour....upon checking in at the hotel I discovered that the rates was $60 cheaper than what I was charged.. I wasn't pleased with the hotel that the agent had found me was not the quality I recommend so I checked out the next morning...called the agent back to complain and they were so RUDE to me...I ask for a supervisor was told to call back....I complain to the hotel manager and he decided to let my one night I stayed to be free of charge which means he didn't **** the third party... I paid this agent for 2 nights $304.00 I disputed this with my bank and they were unable to retrieve this money back for me.... So this company as of today has not responded to the bank nor paid the hotel...and has not refunded me back my money...this is such a shame.... it is indeed a scam and need to be dealt with....

      This place is a complete scam and should be stopped! They make you believe you are booking and working with the actual hotel then charge you twice as much and refuse to cancel with a refund. Somehow they must be removed from the internet availability and be put out of business.

      This company is a complete scam. They lead you to believe you're talking to the actual hotel. Then they withdraw money out of account immediately without authorization. I attempted to resolve it with company but was hung up on. I think had to dispute transaction with my bank. Why is this company still in business??

      I called the number on the website for a hotel I had a reservation with. Not pet friendly so the person that answered offered to help find another nearby. Never identified himself as an agent with Reservation Desk or as a broker. Found a hotel and said he made the reservation. When I asked why credit card needed- he assured me that it was just to hold the reservation - no charges. I never received a confirmation # as promised. Needed to cancel - called the hotel and they had no reservation. Was concerned that I'd be charged if I couldn't cancel in time. Where was the reservation/my credit card info?? Only way I found the reservation was that Reservation Desk sent me a survey about their services- I found a phone number to call. After a very long wait, agent found my "reservation", but it hadn't been made yet; she had to confirm the reservation first so it could be cancelled. Discovered that it was pre-paid - the agent had lied all around. Now I have to wait 10 days for a refund of $660 that Reservation Desk has been holding! (We'll see). And she said there will be some sort of service charge!! The worst.

      on July 10 I looked online to find a hotel near ************* in ************. I was connected with Reservation Counter, LLC. I was told that my first choice was booked up and an alternate choice was provided, the Hampton Inn and Suites . I was not told there would be a service charge and the cost would be 291$. When I was taxed the total it was 384$. More than I wanted to pay. That same day I called back to cancel. Was told that to get a refund I would have had to cancel on the 9th. That would be the day before I made the reservation. Despite my protest I was not given a refund. Is this a fair business practice?
