      Im really happy with my choice to go with Modular Home Direct for my steel-frame home. The sales team was helpful, answering all my questions without being pushy. The ordering process was smooth, though I had to follow up a few times for updates. There was a slight delay in delivery, but they handled it well. After a few months, Im impressed with the sturdiness and insulation of the home. Despite a couple of minor issues, Id recommend them and would buy from them again.

      We bought 5 modular homes for 5 vacant lots we have in Florida. Took nearly a year to get them and when they finally showed up we found out they are not registered with Florida and local permit office says we can’t build. The owner of the company said they have built many in Florida but can’t produce a single client for us to talk to. This company also no longer communicates with us now that they have our money. $500k down the drain and lawsuit inevitable. Avoid them at all costs.

      I recently purchased a modular home from Modular Home Direct and had a largely positive experience. The process from consultation to delivery went smoothly, with some minor challenges along the way. Their website is well-organized and made it easy to browse models and explore customization *********** thing I appreciated was the flexibility in design. I could choose the layout, finishes, and even make slight modifications to fit my needs. The sales team was responsive and kept me updated throughout the process, which was helpful.The home itself is solidly built and matches the specifications I selected. The quality of construction and attention to detail met my expectations, and I feel confident in the durability of the home.There were a couple of areas that could use improvement. Delivery timing was delayed by about two weeks, which caused some inconvenience. Although they kept me informed, the delay disrupted my original move-in plans. Additionally, I found the setup process required more hands-on coordination than expected. Tasks like arranging foundation work and utility hookups were my responsibility, and clearer guidance at the start would have made this part ********* the end, Im happy with my home and feel it was a good investment. Modular Home Direct offers a quality product and good customer service, but its important to stay proactive during the process. For anyone considering a modular home, they are a solid choice, just make sure to plan for potential delays and be prepared to manage some setup logistics yourself.
