Hello ****,Thank you for your interest in our products and for responding to our recent e-mail. We apologize if any aspect of this was confusing. We have been using this email for some time and this is the first time anyone felt misled by it.The Redstone Rewards email specifically references 3 (header) topics related to our easy-to-use and very popular "rewards" program. The three header topics are:(1) Ways to Earn - GET TO FREE FASTER (EARN NOW)(2) Ways to Redeem - CHOOSE YOUR FREEBIE 3) REFERRALS - They get / You get".Under "Ways to Redeem" (Redstone Reward points, referenced throughout the email as the topic, under "CHOOSE YOUR FREEBIE", the first line specifically states that you will receive a $14.00 off coupon when you spend $20.00 + redeeming 260 points".In this case, you stated to our staff member that you felt misled by this. We researched your prior spending with Redstone and determined you have (19) points from your first order on 8/1/23 (15) bonus points on 8/21/23 (for signing up for our rewards program)A total of 34 points accumulated in your rewards account.During the sign-up process on 8/21, the details of the program are there as well.As such, unfortunately, you do not qualify for the $14.00 off coupon offer. As a small, local business, we always strive to improve and will take this opportunity to improve. Hope this helps explain the program. ****
