    They gave a $6.00 refund for the ***** label. I could not get my foot into the shoes. I call and complain to the lady that was help me.But when they got my shoes back they charged me $12.00. should have $1850.50 for my order minus $6.00 for the return label for a total of $179.50. But to justified them self the charged me for $6.00 refund they gave and I only got $173.50. they told me I add the $6.00 refund to my $173.50 I would have $179.50.But no one their could tell me where was my $6.00 refund if you charged me back

    Purchased the **** Quantum wide shoes for my girlfriend who is a nurse. She has supination and has a very difficult time finding shoes that support her posture properly. She says that they feel like she's walking on air. She's never had a more comfortable pair of shoes. I got them for her several months ago, and the in soles started wearing down. I sent an email to customer support requesting information on purchasing a replacement insoles as it wasn't an option on the **** website. It took a couple weeks, but when the ****-Guru by the name of **** responded he apologized for the long wait time and had advised that a free replacement pair had been shipped. I am very grateful for the great customer support, and I would suggest this brand to anyone. Value- the price is high, but they know what they got and the happiness and satisfaction that my girlfriend experienced from this purchase was priceless. Then they stood behind their product when it had normal wear and tear and offered free insoles since purchasing a new exact same pair was unavailable. Thank you **** GURU Will

    I love the shoes and the customer service! I've been wearing KURU shoes for a couple of years now, and they've really helped with my plantar fasciitis pain. When I made my last order, only one of the two pairs I'd ordered arrived, but because of the holidays, etc., it took me more than a month to realize this and contact the company. However, one phone call to customer service was all it took. ********* listened carefully, researched the order, found the shoes I needed, told me he would expedite the shipping -- and then called me back later in the day to tell me that everything was confirmed. The shoes arrived yesterday (two days after the phone call), and they're perfect. I've loved every pair of KURU shoes I've worn (for the record, five different styles for me and one for my husband), and my husband loves his too, even though he doesn't suffer from foot pain. It's nice to discover that their customer service is as good as the excellent shoes!

    I've already left a review on their webpage under the shoes I ordered. Their response was a copy/paste response as my mother received the same thing. We've tried to get ahold of them other ways to no avail. We ordered the same shoes, they were on final sale, I acknowledge that. However, the sizes are THREE sizes off. I wear a size 5 but their sizes start at 6 so I assumed the shoes would be a bit too big. My mother ordered size 8wide, her typical size. She couldn't get her foot in it at all. I tried hers on and they are almost a perfect fit. So a typical size 5 foot needs a size 8wide. That is absolutely ridiculous. To have that wide of a range in size and NOT accept returns, regardless of the reason, is the most horrible policy I have ever heard. If my 5 foot was a tad too small for the size 6, that would be understandable and a risk I took. My mom ordered her exact size and the sizing was SO off. It wasn't even close. How can a customer not be upset when the sizes are just so wrong. I understand a final sale- no refund policy in many cases. But for shoes that are 100% unusable because of sizing, it is absolutely ridiculous that they cannot be sent back.

While we don't do returns or exchanges for final sales we don't want you to leave dissatisfied. Our shoes are measured with the ******** device, which is the standard foot measuring tool of the footwear industry.     Ordered shoes. Received in a fare time. Shoes are too small and need to return for refund. Company advertises 45 money back guarantee. Email doesn't get answered. Phones are only telling business hours and then hangs up.Just frustrating

    I still cannot believe the messy way you run your company! Saying three times there was missing paper work and my shoes were returned to your company, while you were insisting that the shoes were signed for and delivered to me. AND you took my money for weeks. I never got anything except the loss of my money for weeks. Maybe that is how you make money! Very disappointing.
