    Kuru has shoes that are fabulous for people with foot issues. Not only are they stylish, but I am no longer in pain. They fit properly and many styles are available. I have so many pairs - dressy flats, casual slip-ons, sandals, and several pairs of athletic shoes. Also they are ************ for. I order online and they arrive quickly. If I have any issues, the customer service is always there to help with free returns or exchanges. They are my go to spot for shoes.

    I received my Kurus (Chicanes) last night, after suffering through weeks of excruciating plantar fasciitis pain in my left heel like: I didnt even want to walk, kind of pain. Im an outdoorsy woman, whom spends many hours outside with my horses and other critters, hiking, walking, gardening, and the like... this pain felt like a death-sentence to me. Thankfully, from the moment I put them on, I experienced immediate relief, and a heavenly massaging-feel. I could walk again! And it felt wonderful!!! Its a miracle! These shoes are EVERYTHING they claim to be and so much MORE!!! I decided then and there, to order a pair of their Quest boots and Draft slippers, first thing in the morning! No going back for me! Im a believer! Cant wait to order more of their styles, in the near future!AND!!! The icing on the cake: Their customer service, is second to none!!! I placed my order, this morning, via the phone, through a wonderful, thoughtful, professional, efficient, kind and warm Kuru-Guru, named Brae. **** answered all of my questions, listened patiently, helped me with my order selections, and provided an overall stellar customer service experience. Thank you, **** and thank you, ****!!! ***** earned a customer for Life, with me & know that I will be singing your praises, far and wide!!!     I called Kuru to report that my new Kinetic men's sneakers were squeaking after 2weeks and **** answered the call and listened to my concerns and immediately informed me that she would follow-up with the warranty department to get an approval to replace me sneakers with a new pair free of charge! Not only did Brae get the approval, I got an email within 2hrs! My new pair of Kinetics were shipped out the same day! Brae is a fine example of what great customer service! Thank you ****!

    Really wonderful company and great customer service! ****, the Kuru Guru I conversed with for a size exchange, was extremely helpful and took care of my needs. Kuru shoes are very comfortable, well made and well worth the purchase price! I will be purchasing from them again in the near future. Highly recommend!!

    I have purchased several shoes from KURU. Their shoes make my feet so happy! I suffer from plantar fasciitis on occasion, and they are perfect for keeping it at bay!     I received excellent customer service from Brae. I had questions regarding their return/exchange policy and received a timely and informative response.
