    Best shoes I ever owned instant pain relief, at the end of my shift my feet don't hurt anymore. If you suffer from planters facciitis these are the best shoes for you!

    Great service. **** was so much help especially getting my password straightened out so I could use my reward points. Love the shoes. Have 3 pair of boots and one pair of sneakers. Now I've ordered the sandle like footwear.

    Great experience ordering shoes through Kuru footwear -when you call ( even on a busy day ) someone answers the phone within 1-2 minutes. I really enjoyed the hassle free process of ordering shoes with the Kuru Guru's ( phone sales reps ) as they were all courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. You can tell that taking care of their customers is a priority to them and it makes it that much more pleasant to do business with them.

    Was having problems ordering online as wrong address for my card kept coming in so i called instead. **** spoke to me and such a polite girl. I was so touched by her helpfulness and knowledge.     I have 4 pairs of Kuru shoes now, 2 Chicanes and 2 Quantum. Very different styles for different purposes but both are very well made and very comfortable. The Quantums are some of the most comfortable sneakers I've ever worn, they're just super comfortable and i want to wear them every day...and the Chicanes are sturdy and versatile hiking/trail/daily shoes. Both have helped my knee pain and PF a great deal. I am a Kuru convert and I have other brands in my closet but I never want to wear them, because the Kuru feel is unmatched.

    **** did not work out for me, so much pain after 4 weeks of wearing, I could not walk. I had trouble returning, my fault, I did not receive call backs when a rep said they would. Sad

    Ordered a pair for my husband after his foot injury. Worked great for the first 3 months. Have been trying to get a replacement insole since we are now for well over 6 months if not longer of dealing with the people who handle the customer service who tell you it's been mailed but it never shows up. Seriously disappointed after paying over $160 for a pair of shoes. If I could leave a zero I would!
